My eyes started to intermittently hurt after after i got prescription glasses at this clinic, so i called up to ask if it could be related to a different health condition. Instead of just answering my simple question over the phone, i was called back the next day and told the optician wishes to see me it in person. So i went, took 1 minute to explain the situation, then 2 to look at a screen with each eyes to see if i my vision was blurry, it was not. Was told it is indeed probably related to a different health condition, thanked for coming, then charged 50$. The optician himself went and gasped a "OOOF" when the clerk stated the charge. So much for after-service.
