L'équipe prend vraiment le temps d'expliquer chaque procédure contrairement à beaucoup d'endroits. De plus, le prix est imbattable. Vous serez sans aucun doute très satisfaits du résultat, je vois beaucoup mieux qu'avec des lunettes/verres de contact. Vous ne serez pas déçus de votre choix !

J'ai pris un taxi et suis rentrée chez moi, attendant anxieusement que l'heure de mon intervention arrive finalement. Vers 16h, je reçois un appel disant que ma chirurgie allait être repoussée à la semaine suivante. Quand j'ai demandé un ajustement de prix pour compenser pour la deuxième journée de congé à mes frais que j'allais devoir prendre, le docteur m'a offert un rabais de 100$. Malheureusement, j'ai déjà perdu la confiance que j'avais dans le docteur et la clinique en général et j'attends uniquement le remboursement du 3250$ que j'ai déboursé.

Simply the best. Dr. Pop came highly recommended by one of his competitors in the Ottawa area. I ended up driving from Ottawa to Montreal several times during the process and it was so worth it (there is a clinic in Gatineau for follow ups). I had phakic intra ocular lenses put in 6 years ago and a PRK touch up for about 2 years ago. The whole experience was amazing. Dr. Pop and his staff went above and beyond. There are quite a few laser places in Ottawa, but I just scheduled my wife in for surgery with Dr. Pop. I wouldn't take her anywhere else, as I wanted her to have the best. I urge anyone looking for intra ocular lenses, laser eye surgery, or any eye surgery really, to go to Dr. Pop even if it's a bit of traveling. He is highly skilled, professional and caring.

Je l'ai même aidé à en trouver. Cet aspect devrait être corrigé, ça n'inspirait pas la confiance. Pour la pose de lentilles qui coûte 6,500$ (toute la procédure) et qui est permanente, la connaissance des outils devrait être plus solide. Sinon, le fait de nous annoncer qu'il y aura une autre rencontre plus approndie au coût de 140$ avec le Dr. Pop, ne me gène pas. La première rencontre sert à tamiser la clientèle, ce qui est très bien. Je n'irai pas de l'avant pour le moment et je ne sais pas si ce sera avec eux éventuellement, mais mon impression générale est quand même bonne. Ils m'ont mis plus en confiance que Lazer MD.
