Not only does Dr. D provide amazing service, but this is also the most visually appealing clinic I have ever seen! I've bought both sunglasses and prescription lenses from Kingston Optometry and have been super happy with the product and service. Dr. D goes out of his way to make sure you get exactly what you need at a very reasonable price. I will go again and again for sure.

I would recommend this place. The Dr is quick and friendly, the machines are very modern and the service was friendly. Frame selection is okay, and they'll help you pick something that suits you. My wife had a good experience as well, and he was great with my 1 year old.

This was my third visit to an optometrist, and was by far the best experience yet. This was my first time getting contacts, and Dr. Della Vedova patiently walked me through everything I needed to know. He took his time throughout the entire examination to ensure that all aspects of my vision would be properly updated. He also showed me in detail how to insert and remove the contacts, which took me a while to get the hang of. Throughout the entire process he was more than willing to answer any questions that I had and made me feel very welcome. I loved the environment, it couldn't be any nicer. On top of all that, he had a large variety of contact lenses available, so I walked out that same day with a set of daily contacts. I would highly recommend Kingston Optometry to anybody in search of vision concerns. It feels incredible to not rely on glasses, I couldn't be happier!

Exactly what I wanted and needed! I went into Kingston Optometry a few weeks ago based off reading a few online reviews, and in search of a new pair of glasses... I liked the idea of it having a smaller selection of stylish, trendy, and quality glasses (compared to chain eyewear stores - it can get overwhelming in those!). This was my first pair of glasses in 6 years, so I was nervous about making a decision. Both Dr. Nathaniel Della Vedova and the friendly assistant (sorry her name has escaped me!) spent a generous amount of time with me, going between glasses, comparing, trying to figure out the "look" I wanted, trying on almost every pair... it was really wonderful! There was no pressure, I was free to take my time. By the end of it, I felt really excited about my purchase, and confident in my new prescription. Great experience at Kingston Optometry from start to finish (although I know I can always go back should I need adjustments!). I get compliments on my new pair of Oliver Peoples all the time, and am very happy with them. Highly recommend Kingston Optometry!

I just had my 3rd appointment with Dr. Nathaniel, I find him Friendly thorough and he explains the results in a clear straight forward way. I purchased two pair of glasses and found Hillary to do an excellent job, helping on my selection, taking the measurements and fitting them to me when they came in, l realized that I had forgotten to talk to them about a change I wanted on one pair, Hillary said, no problem we can make changes in the 1st 30 days. I picked up the replacement glasses today. A very satisfied customer.

Amazing store, incredibly professional staff and the most advanced eye care I have ever experienced. Dr.s Della Vedova not only provide you with a boutique experience, they ensure that nothing is over looked, with what seemed to be, the most state of the art diagnostic tools. The only unfortunate part of my visit was that I found out I had 20/15 vision and couldn't walk out with a sick set of glasses. The selection of spectacles and sun glasses is second to none. Thanks Dr. Nate for the top notch care.

Very disappointed. Bought my daughter glasses for Prom & University and decided to try K.O. The glasses arrived right on time which we were very happy however they never fit properly on her small face. After repeated attempts to get them adjusted by K.O. over a 2 month period they would not stay up on her nose. I asked K.O. If they stood behind their product and I was advised they are a small time independent business and they could send some nose stickers to her to try and that was all that they could do to assist us. I paid $700 plus dollars for these glasses and I was hoping these glasses would last my daughter for many years. My daughter cannot wear them which is very disappointing.???? I wanted to take a chance to comment on Dr. D's comments. I at no time have asked to return these glasses but only to have a pair of glasses that fit my daughter's face properly. The analogy about the wearing the shoes and returning is not correct. On at least 5-6 occasions over the last 8 weeks my daughter has returned to your business to have the glasses adjusted. This would not appear to me as completely satisfied. Like any other prosthetic device that needs a proper fit, it would stand to reason glasses are no different. As a parent of 3 children I cannot afford to spend more money on frames as you suggested during our call and take anymore risks with K.O.
