Fantastic customer service. I had ordered supply of contact lenses just before lock down. When I was getting low sent email to inquire if my supply had arrived. Dr Sills went into office within hours confirming my contacts had arrived. Arrangements were made to place contacts outside the office door at 9 am next day for my pick-up. However Dr Sills delivered my contacts to my home by bicycle later that afternoon, saving me a trip to the office. Dr Sills certainly went beyond to deliver superior customer service.
