For several years, it seemed to be a professional operation. However, the only time I had a serious problem, I was treated like a piece of meat. If they wouldn't treat me as a patient they could have, at least, treated me as a customer.

Ordered two pairs, both didn't set well with reading and seeing. Reorder, no call to come for fitting. When I called to inquire, found out that they are in, decided to pick up, was giving the two pairs of glasses without a bag or an apology. Not too happy

Broke part of my glasses, thought I'd have to buy new frames but 2 yr warranty on these so, no cost. This clinic may be a bit more expensive but you get what you pay for and sometimes paying more is worth it. Highly recommend this clinic to all...…….

Spectrum Vision Clinic is not located on Main Street and never was. It's at 550 Prospect Street and it's a great place for high end and great quality eyewear at great prices! They also have wonderful doctors and a great staff! Spectrum Vision Clinic's phone number is 450-8636! I hope this is helpful!

This review is only for the Fredericton location as I have no experience with the other...my family has been long time customers of Spectrum but I recently had an issue with their glasses and was treated with disrespect to say the least by one of their technicians who attempted to shame and belittle me. Dr. Lane has always been great however, the level of customer service I received was unacceptable to say the least. Maybe she was having a bad day or maybe she is simply a terrible person...either way I wanted people to know.
