I just love the Vision Clinic in Grimsby, Ontario. Staff are great, accommodating and knowledgeable. Susan is great. Staff go out of their way to make sure you are happy. So to finish...if you don't go to The Vision Clinic for your glasses or contacts, you may need your head examined! ????

I lost my glasses and found them outside a year later, mangled. Impossible to wear. Since I had nothing to lose, I took them to Vision Clinic here in Fort Erie. Chuck (I think was his name) worked on them for a while, replaced the arms and when he brought them back to me I couldn't believe my eyes. They were fully functional! He didn't charge a cent for this service even though he could have. I'll get all my eyeglasses here from now on and I highly recommend this store to everyone. They deserve the five stars!

Not at all happy with their service! When I went for my prescription the women in the store were hostile because I wasn't going to buy my glasses there. They also incorrectly fitted me with contacts - they only carry one brand which severely limits the fit. When I complained about how they felt I was told I needed a new pair - ignoring the fact that they felt that way from day one, but I held out for 3 weeks to see if I could get used to them. That was two years ago - I accepted that they had poor service and went to a new eye doctor this time and found out that the optometrist there failed to tell me a treatment method for an eye condition. He recommended eye therapy (that cost hundreds of dollars I couldn't afford) at a clinic he also worked at, and failed to mention that vision therapy doesn't often work for my condition and it would be better to have prisms added to my glasses - something far more cost effective! Not happy with them at all!

Rebecca and her team at Vision Clinic on Garrison are the best. We were new to the area 6 years ago and have used them several times and recommended them to many of our friends who have moved to Crystal Beach and Ridgeway. We found them to be patient and accomodating with changes and never pressuring with sales. The value and quality of product is very good.
