I would not recommend going to this office. The manager has a bad attitude problem. I have caught her in a lie. Trying to return glasses and was being very unprofessional, even under the 30 day policy they have. Never returned my calls or even my e-mail. Does not tell me they don't open until 830am when I told her I was going to be there before work at 8:15am. They need to replace the management before they loose all of their clients! As well "forgot" to put the anti glare on my glasses and it was something I paid for. but no reimbursement.

I moved with my wife to the area last December and needed a new optometrist. Asked on Facebook groups and this office appeared to be the most recommended. I made an appointment and had it with Dr. K Singh. I was impressed with the friendliness of Ally who greeted me and took my information. I then was greeted by Dr. Singh a young optometrist who to me is the ultimate professional- courteous, friendly and someone who clearly has a passion for his work and listens to his patients.

I was so impressed by Dr. Singh and how well he worked with my toddler to get a thorough eye exam! Reception and the ladies doing the eye glass fittings were so friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

Had to switch eye doctor's after 30 years due to a move to new area and issues with my husband's eyes. We had several recommendations and so glad we listened. He was very personable and explained in good detail issues he saw and gave his opinions. Felt extremely comfortable and his staff were very friendly and helpful with our optical purchase.

I would like to comment on how nice and professional all the staff are, and especially Doctor Singh who is so thorough, polite and and who explains everything in layman's terms. My 2 visits during covid were very nice experiences. I highly recommend this optometrist.

Dr Pooja is excellent! But Office manager has an attitude. She gas-lighted/lied on a communication. When confronted, put the phone down with no follow-up. They lost a customer who cared for the facility.

Doctors seem to only work part time. Long lead times for appointments, and canceled the one I made. I guess I'll have to go out of town.

dr. took the time to show me what test he had done, the first time i had ever seen my results. was impressed with the technology he had in his office.he did all the tests then sat me down and went through them with me.
