The receptionist (all VERY attractive) said my retinal scan from 2016 was lost in a computer virus issue. I asked for a discounted one. She laughed . Her tone condensing as if I were beneath her class. I said ...She was a Prize in the Customer Service department. Then they threatened to Ask Me To Leave Doctors keep you reception in check
