Lenses are of a low quality. I have 3 pairs of glasses and the lenses are scratched on all 3. I've warn glases all my life and never seen a pair that damage that easily. Pearl vision was much better years ago before they got bought out by the U.S. or whoever bought them. I'll never go back.

Even though their sign says outside prescriptions are welcomed, they are not. I went here to purchase eyeglasses but they insisted I book an appointment to get an eye exam from them before being able to enter the store. I explained to them my prescription has not changed in 10 years but they kept pushing me to book an eye exam with them. I guess they really didn't want me to purchase glasses from them. This is clearly a tactic to force you to get an eye exam with them so no, outside prescriptions are not welcome here.

Several times over the years we have turned up with broken glasses, and had them repaired on the spot either free or for a nominal charge - even in time for the soccer game. We will always go there.

This would be my first time reviewing anything but I just had to give these guys 5 stars! The people who helped me there were Kendra, Nav, and Annie. I've honestly never experienced such quality of service at any other location. The people who work there are very caring and personable which is a plus given the whole shopping experience was positive. Everyone was very professional aswell and carried with them a deep knowledge and understanding of what they were doing. I actually recommended this place to my girlfriend and she too had an awesome experience! They didnt treat me like a customer but as if we've known each other for a long time and I appreciate that experience! HIGHLY recommended that you check this place out!

Jane and Joey are great with customer service, especially Jane she is sensitive to ensure you do not feel pushed into a purchase. Jane and Joey explain well and let you decide, I cannot say the same for the others unfortunately.

I don't normally write reviews but I will say this -> I purchased glasses and that transaction went very well - the customer service associate was very pleasant and accommodating. I was promised that the glasses were to come in a certain time and it went past the date with no phone call so I decided to call in regarding the status. The person who was on the phone with me started to look for them but did not ask for my name and put me on hold to look for someone else's glasses who she thought I was him. I was confused and gave her my name and went on hold again to find mine. No definitive answer about my glasses, and said we will call you soon for an update. I asked her what is the refund policy? and was told me that there is no manager on site right now to tell you. Confused, I looked at other stores in the meantime to see if I can get a similar pair as I needed them. I come in the store to simply ask for a refund, unfortunately they did not give me a refund and said only on certain glasses but gave me a discount, haha now I have them

I went to Pearle Vision 2 years ago for new glasses, i was very satisfied that i was able to get 2 designer frames for the same price that another company would have charged for one designer and one cheaper frame. Ordered the glasses, my pair of lenses were somewhat off, the optometrist conducted another exam and adjusted my prescription for free. Pearle Vision sent away my glasses for new replacement lenses, when i received them they were perfect. Very satisfied, they are busy so you have to be prepared to wait while they assist other customers.

Went in to try out some glasses, the experience was terrible. After the same sales people asked me if they could help me no less than six times (desperation) I settled on a pair that I liked, then the real pain began, the salesperson was treating me like a dimwit explaining completely useless internal information for almost an hour, it really seemed like I was the very first client they ever served, getting lost and frustrated with their computer, and overall getting annoyed with ME the CLIENT, my wife and I were so put off that I made up an excuse to get out of there and purchased the same glasses where I could get competent service. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.

I ordered glasses from this location Aug.4. I was told it would be 7-10 days, maybe sooner. Well today is Aug. 18th and I still don't have my glasses and haven't heard from the store that there is a problem or not. With all the eye wear retailers in Vancouver you would think service would be the hallmark of success. Apparently this is not the case with Pearlvision. Would certainly not recommend this company.

Pearle vision is a company with hero status. I work with at risk youth in the school district and many families can not afford glasses for their child(ren). Pearle vision's onesight program has saved hundreds of children who need glasses to go to school, and otherwise could not have afforded them. I also want to leave review personally. I went in to get glasses to help my headaches. The people at pearle vision were nothing less than incredible. They gave me a great deal, they were helpful and kind, I left with tears of joy for all they have done and continue to do for myself, our vulnerable children, and our community. My mother (Rodelia) and I had such an amazing experience with joey he was really kind and helpful, he really took good care of us and it was amazing that he was Filipino it really helped my mom to understand what kind of service they were providing her. The day we came in joey was able to help me get an eye exam and help pick out frames that really suit my features. He was absolutely amazing and his service was wonderful. When my mother came back to have her glasses adjusted he took care of her right away . I had a decent experience at Pearle Vision and thought the service was at par within the optometry industry. While deciding on the frames and lens, I was served by Jenny, who introduced me the buy one pair get a pair of sunglasses for free program in the store. She was very knowledgeable and quick to understand my needs in terms of lens features (index, AR, AS, Blue IQ, etc). I got through the transaction seamlessly. I was quoted 10 business days for the completion of both my glasses and sunglasses, but was unfortunately delayed. I called to inquire and was explained that there was an issue with one of the glasses not meeting the standards. I appreciated the fact that this store cared about standards and getting it right. The collection day went smoothly as Jennifer made sure each pair of glasses fit on me properly. They even followed up through phone call days later to make sure everything was satisfactory. Thank you Pearle Vision! I would be back again for my next pair of glasses!!

Great service, but the lens are not so......... I have had 2 pairs of glasses from this location for just over a year and have been regretting ever since. I'm not sure what their lens process is but it is near impossible to clean my glasses even with a spray or lens wipes. Would not recommend and will not be returning.

I have bought my glasses here for many years the pair just bought in January already replaced the lenses once even after buying the anti glare and anti scratch and now they need to be replaced again and the vision lines are not totally lined up always struggling to find clear vision I some how believe they didn't test my eyes correctly or like someone said earlier the staff really don't know what works for every individual I am hopeful that Pearl vision will be able to correct this on going problem so I can have a non aggravated day of vision After all I have been buying my glasses there for over 15 years FINGERS CROSSED

I recently visited Pearle Vision and absolutely loved my experience! There was a kind girl who helped me and I don’t quite remember her name but I believe it was Raimen and she helped me choose out some nice frames. I’m just so indecisive that I have just the hardest time choosing out glasses and rightfully so, they do cost a pretty penny. Raimen was just so sweet and attentive and she even provided me insights on the details that a good pair of glasses should have. I’ve been to a few other optical stores where I felt a bit rushed. However, at Pearle vision I was given such a safe and pleasant experience, Raimen let me take my time and really listened to what I like and showed me exactly what I was looking for. I can’t express how sweet she was, I got in to a conversation about how much I missed home and she expressed she knew exactly what I was feeling and that was so comforting to hear. Today I had a virtual family reunion and I got so many compliments on my new glasses and really wanted to thank her. My cousin absolutely loved them, and when covid is over and she finally visits I know I’ll be stopping by to purchase some lovely frames for her too! I hope Raimen is doing well and hopes she knows that she made my day when I visited and I’ll be recommending Pearle Vision to all my friends.

I know this isn’t a private practice and you kind of walk in expecting generic eye service but dr Iskander goes WAY above and beyond. This is a dr that doesn’t go to work to get paid, but goes in because he LOVES his job . Bravo doc!

Firstly, when staff use "code" to talk about commissions while serving customers it's terrible. There was another customer making a return, and the staff member said to the manager : " it won't come off mine will it, I didn't sell them." I was so shocked - and I felt so bad for the other customer. When it was my turn to get helped, the lady said to me: "I don't know why people buy glasses and then cancel the order. Just don't buy them." I took her help quickly and walked out of the store. I will never spend a cent here , rude, and cold. Advice : for trusting and honest service , go elsewhere.

My experience with Pearle Vision was basically about as crappy as it could get. The only thing not wrong with the company is the actual optometrist himself. Aside from him, I could not name a single good thing about the place. The staff who work on the main level of the floor are cold and impolite and have no real desire to help any customer. I waited over an hour for someone to help me with my glasses, and instead three women who should all be working were exchanging pictures of a son playing hockey and just basically waited for me to rot away in the corner. If customer service isn't remotely important to you then I would completely recommend purchasing your eyewear here.

Pearle Vision is a highly recommended place for prescription based eyeglasses. For me initially, It was tough choice to shop here, because my wife & me have been browsing eyeglasses in various places as we were looking for latest frame fashion. You know that women want best & latest in accessories, and I respect that. We just entered the store for window shopping but Mr. Hamid (salesperson) was quite generous to recommend options as per our taste. He helped me to understand the insurance coverage, and bring out best out of it. Well, good eyewear doesn't just count of fancy frame but also on good quality lenses as well. Hamid recommended us best glasses with transition and 1.6 Hi index UV protected glasses. So, far unlike my old glasses, I can wear 24*7 without eye tiredness. Best quality for frame (1 year manufacturer warranty), and lenses with best recommendation. I personally says Hamid helped to cover cost of glasses within insurance and gave best suited lenses for us.

Not releasing full information about your exam until you buy glasses from them is shady business. They charge $110 for the exam and still won't release the full results. I called the store to get more clarity and they said thats how they operate.

Good selection of glasses at a variety of prices. I booked an appointment to ensure staff were available to help me. When selecting my glasses, staff didn't hover over me, but were proximate enough to answer questions when I had them. I didn't like how they didn't explain the glasses' feature options, and instead automatically assumed that I would want the most expensive features. Only when they added it up and I asked why it was so expensive did I find out that they had failed to show me the less high-end feature options and that they had, instead, made it sound like the most expensive option was the mandatory/only option. Overall, I'd recommend going elsewhere for your eyewear (I won't be returning). Or at least figuring out which questions you have to ask to keep the sales people from unwittingly upselling you with features you don't want at every possible turn.

I've worn contacts for several years and knew that I'd be better off with actual glasses. I've tried day in and day out to find glasses that fit my face with no luck. On one of my trips to pick up my contacts one of the sales associates caught me trying on glasses and asked if he could help. I told him my issue and he gave a good look over and bought me a pair of glasses that fit me perfectly. He then left again and came back with two more glasses that fit me just as good. All that time not being able to find a pair of glasses and now I couldn't decide which ones to pick. For me wearing glasses is so much easier on my eyes. I haven't worn contacts again since the staff at the Garden City Mall Pearl Vision helped me get glasses over a year ago.

I went there to get a pair of sunglasses and bifocals. The associate was friendly and helped me choose my frames for the sunglasses. We proceeded to go over the lenses. I informed the associate that I will only be using the bifocals for work purposes. She told me that I should get progressives. I said that i did not want that i just needed for distance and the bifocals (invisible). She informed me that they do not make bifocals and just have progressives. Being my 1st time getting this type of glasses I thought she was telling me the truth. She said the the top would be for distance, middle for computer and bottom for bifocals. Again i said i didnt need for computer I have no problems with that and again she said that this is how it comes now...what was i supposed to believe. WELL I picked up my glasses after spending majority of the $849 on the progressive. I have tried to wear them and I cannot. I am unable to focus from near to far. The store just happened to call me today and asked how I like my glasses and I expressed my feelings. AGAIN i was told that they don't make regular bifocals only progressive. This is NOT true. Upon more investigation I found that my dad got his glasses there and they were invisible bifocals. I told the associate this and she said she spoke to the lab and they do bifocals but not invisible. I asked to speak to the manager but apparently he's away for a week. I needed my glasses for this coming week for work purposes but now I will have to read all the numbers by holding it at a distance. I will be coming into the store to sort this out and expect that they replace my lenses and provide a refund for the difference. Very disappointed with this "service" since I and my family have been coming to this location for years. Well here's is an update....I spoke with a manager and she was very helpful. She explained to me a lot better what types of bifocals they now make. She said was willing to let me have the bifocals but showed me what they now look like and has urged me to keep the progressives and try them for a few weeks. If I still cant get used to them she will gladly change them. She also gave me a bit of a discount. Here's to hoping I can get used to the progressive glasses.

They refused to provide me with my own pupillary distance after I decided to shop elsewhere. First glasses were headache city (prism lenses), second glasses had scratched, chipped and flexed lenses, third glasses were hardly any better than the first and made me feel like I was going cross-eyed immediately after putting them on. I've had new prescriptions before, this wasn't that. I debated giving 2 or 3 stars because they did fully refund me, but intentionally withholding medical information that I paid $140 for doesn't sit right with me. That eye exam cost me money, I should have access to every bit of information they collect about my own eyes. Oh, and all that messing around with 3 sets of lenses took 2 months. All that said, Dr Winn was very good. I highly recommend her, just take the prescription and buy online for a fraction of the price.

Do not go here. I’ve had glasses/contact lenses for 12 years and this is by far the worst experience I have ever had. I have been trying to get contact lenses since I ran out a few months ago and they made me jump through so many hoops, three appointments all of which I had to pay for. At the end they said they had ordered me contact lenses, I never heard anything from them after that. This is not the norm. I also requested that they let me know what my PD so I could buy glasses online and they said that they only give that to patients who purchase glasses from them, glasses that are coincidentally super expensive. Also not the norm. The people who work there are not friendly and do not care about you, the entire place is a money grab so do yourself a favour and go elsewhere.

Ordered a set of Prada prescription eye glasses. Took about a week to get they glasses. When I took the glasses home, I noticed that the actual lens was not sitting correctly in the frame and was wobbling. When I brought the glasses back, the employee told me that this was normal. I have been wearing glasses for my whole life and I knew it wasn't. They brought out another person, and found out that the lens was incorrectly cut. Took another couple days to get it right. I wouldn't have had a problem if they were straight up with me from the get go. I know errors sometimes occurs, but lying is unacceptable. Glasses are pretty good, but probably won't return due to that experience.

I came here for the first time to have an eye exam. I waited for just over 40 minutes past my booking time to see the doctor. The doctor was very kind and friendly and gave me my first ever prescription for glasses. I was very grateful especially since I've been having headaches every day. I later realized that the prescription didn't include the P.D. measurement, which apparently isn't part of the eye exam. The receptionist let me know that it costs an additional $20 to get the measurement and they would also need to book me another appointment for that. I called another optometrist and they said they would give me the measurement on the spot without a booking, I think it just comes with the purchase of glasses. I am grateful to Pearle Vision for the prescription given to me but it was a little confusing for me since I'm new to getting glasses.

Horrible, Horrible Customer Service! I went into this location (Hillside Shopping Center) to inquire about getting fitted for contact lenses. I spoke to a middle aged man (late 40s) who greeted me with dark, thick framed (ugly) glasses and said he was the "contact lens guy" (no, the irony wasn't lost). When asked about my eyeglass prescription I informed him that it was just over a year old (13 months) but my eyesight was fine. I had my eyeglass prescription with me and I was just interested in a contact lens fitting. He immediately insisted on an eye exam. I then explained to him my last optometrist (who issued my prescription) told me an eye exam wasn't needed to transpose my current eyeglass prescription into a contact lens prescription and only a fitting is required, which was all I wanted. That's when things went sour. He immediately became dismissive and rude, refusing to do a contact lens fitting and accusing me of "jeopardizing his welfare" while pointing at his diploma on a wall, which he seemed arrogantly boastful of. He said he'd lose his license if he fitted me for contacts without imposing a new eye exam onto me, which was nothing more than a cash grab (my last optometrist warned me about that). I was shocked at how quickly his tone became condescending and basically telling me to go somewhere else. He started his excuses on why he wouldn't accept my business, but I simply stood up, firmly thanked him for his time and walked out. I've NEVER been treated with such disregard and contempt for refusing an unnecessary service. After walking out, I went to VISIONS OPTICAL (in the same mall) and the lady there was SO friendly and helpful. She scheduled me in for a fitting and gave ME the option of an eye exam. I opted out (of course) but will go there the next time I need one. THAT is how REAL customer service works. Pearle Vision will NEVER see a dollar of my hard earned money because of the way they treated me. I don't care if he had a bad day, there's NO excuse to treat customers like that.

Once I was done with my eye exam with Dr. Lee, I wanted to see if there is good deal for the glasses. Dr. Lee was really professional and very detailed about mu eye issue - dry eyes. I stare in the computer min 7 hours a day due to the job requirement. She recommended use of very high quality eye drops, plus she made a note to make follow on on my eyes after few weeks to see the progress and possible examination by dry eye specialist for better treatment if no progress has been made with given treatments which also included warm eye compressional method. This gave me confidence that Dr. Lee is really informed and can give several solutions. Once I was done with my eye exam I decided to use my insurance and choose eye glasses which I can use during my work, only for computer use. Monica who helps with advice and choice or proper frame and lenses was very outgoing, patient and helped me to find reasonable price to cover my insurance quote. I was able to find frame with good deal that day in the store and lenses were she stepped in by making measurements and making sure I got proper protection from computer screens which I am not going to detail here. I would recommend Pearl Vison team to all who really want good exam and customer service. I was very comfortable with the whole process and I really think this was more than customer experience. Before making a review, I took the liberty to read the others as well to properly write mine. The customer service is amazing overall. The associate that usually helps us is Joey. He's really nice and makes sure he tends to all of our needs with no problem in communication/payment at all. The rest of the staff are also very nice and welcoming. They assist us just as well when Joey isn't there. The doctors are also nice. Although I don't remember my doctor's name, my family has been with most and they were all able to help us in terms of finding the right prescription in our lenses. Now I'll get to the feedback involving the ones I've read. Judging by the ones who have rated 1 star, it was clearly a miscommunication. The staff will provide everything you need as long as you get to your point. When we go there for sunglasses with no need for an eye exam, we tell them our motive is to get sunglasses, and we get right to it. Simply put, you won't lose money if you just tell them what you want right away. They're very understanding and will bring you great results. There are many kinds of frames with many kinds of brands to choose from. It's also a family-friendly clinic. Kids can choose the frames they'd like to wear, and can try them out beforehand. I recommend coming here, even if you'd just like to try. You can always switch if it isn't to your liking, but Pearle Vision has been a great help to me and my family.

I like the frames they have, they are classy, And the service is good, but I've been here for 5 sets of glasses and have had problems each and every time. Manufacturing scratches under the coatings, bad prescriptions, replacement lenses that also have bad prescriptions or different lens types with different coatings. This isn't necessarily this stores fault, they are good people that try to make things right, and they aren't the ones manufacturing the lenses, but I'm still upset.

Second overpriced lenses, how in the world can you charge people 280 dollars for lenses? In Bonlook you can buy frames and lenses for 140 dollars or better yet a different place they charge 80 dollars for lenses. How are these people still in business? The older woman, maybe the manager said Its illegal to buy glasses online.... sure lady. Go to zenni optical and look at those prices. Tldr: overpriced and bad service

The day I picked them up WOW it's prefect I can see so much better without turning my head, taking my glasses off and tilting my head back. Jayson also tighten them as well. I received my glasses from Pearle Vision STC today. They have a great deal right now that allows you to get two glasses as you buy 1 and get another free. They also have a great deal on eyezen boost lenses which is a new technology. I would recommend anyone who uses a computer screen at work all day and then watches netflix at night to try these lenses. They work great to limit blue light and provide a boost when reading the news on your phone. Raman did an exceptional job following up on my order and making sure everything was good. Can't say enough good things about this place. I took a prescription from a different optometrist to them and purchased two pairs of glasses. When I got my glasses I noticed my vision wasn't right. Turns out my prescription was wrong and I ended up needing to replace the brand new lenses with my proper prescription. The staff was excellent (I dealt with 3 different ladies all of whom were amazing) and they replaced the lenses free of charge as the warranty at Pearle Vision covered incorrect prescription. My dad purchased glasses at this location a few months ago. They adjusted them so bad they were warped when you put them down on the table. My dad is on an oxygen machine and doesn't have the luxury of returning to the store to get readjusted. We returned one more time and it just kept getting worst. They don't know what they are doing! Very frustrating and my sister ended up adjusting the glasses herself. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend dealing with them all together.

My son and I both purchased prescription glasses here. We were helped by Manjit and Amandeep, both are amazing and go way above and beyond. They looked at our prescriptions and noted certain frames that would not work as well as others with full explanations of why. At the 'other' store in the mall, they didn't provide any expertise to match frames to our prescriptions. The other store directed me to the most expensive lens options, where Manjit was honest about what I needed and did not need to spend money on. And the glasses came so fast. You will save money and have a great experience with this really knowledgeable and honest team!

After visiting a few other shops, we noticed Pearle Vision and decided to take a look. From the moment we walked in, we were given a warm greeting and invited to search there wide selection of frames. At all times, we were given time and space to explore, yet could always find a sales person to assist with any questions. After trying too many frames to list, we narrowed our selection to a few pieces each. Again, the sales people were so helpful in guiding us to the advantages and disadvantages of all the frames we were interested in. One sales person in particular, Simmi, was just superb. Always patient, extremely knowledgeable, and very helpful. She made the entire process a pleasure. From choosing our frames, then the best lenses for our needs, to placing our orders, everything went smoothly. And to top it all off, we each received a second complete pair of frames and lenses absolutely free. I highly recommend this particular store. I have been wearing glasses ever since I can remember and when I got my glasses at Pearle I could not see properly. I informed the staff and they told me "get used to them." I tried to get used to them and almost fell down the stairs. I went back to optometrist and had my eye re-examined. He did not see much wrong with the prescription. Went back to Pearle for a second try and they got it wrong again. This time they made excuses and told me that I couldn't wear plastic frames (even though the last two pairs of frames I had were plastic). Then they tried to tell me that I had to downgrade in the quality of my lenses. Now, I am not an optometrist but how does downgrading in lens quality help you see better. I was appalled at all the excuses they were making!! :((

I asked for a print out of my prescription and i was repeatedly asked why I needed it. I had a horrible experience, my questions were answered very inappropriately, I felt like I was being argued with, my questions weren't answered and i was told that they will not give me non prescription contacts because they will be liable if i am in a car accident, I simply asked to get coloured contacts to wear under my glasses because i like the look better. They would not let me even order prescription contacts and fought me about want my prescription. I felt like i was being interrogated for wanting to know the prescription for my glasses, I had the most horrible experience and I will never go there again, I knew the guy that worked there from high school so i asked how he was and told him where i knew him from because he didn't recognize me and he called me a stalker, if this is how you treat your customers I will let everyone know because not only was your employee yelling at me, I was called a stalker and interrogated as to why I wanted my prescription. If I could rate you lower than one star I would, you don't deserve stars after that experience and treatment to a customer that has been buying glasses there for 5 years

The contact fitter (Kim) was very rude, both on the phone and in person. They will not give you any information regarding your appointment/contacts unless you order contacts, but they also charge you a fee that they will waive if you order contacts (why charge a fee?). When I arrived at the appointment I was not greeted, I was only asked if I brought my prescription (which I was not told to do).When I said "no" she replied "you OBVIOUSLY need a prescription". I said "that was rude". She ignored my comment and asked if I was wearing my contacts (I had my glasses on). I said "no" and she said we could not go ahead with the appointment. I had a get a baby sitter for that?!? Do NOT go to the contact fitter at Pearl Vision Garden City.

Very bad customer service. Gave wrong information over phone regarding diabetic and senior person will have to pay only $45 regardless their status in Canada. After the eye test, They asked to pay $105 as she didn't have manitoba health card. It doesn't end here. After the eye test, I was to order the eyeglasses online and noticed PD information is missing. After asking Pearle Vision, the doctor said you have to go through our optical shop to get that, means I have to pay extra to get that information and order glasses through them which starts from $500. What a way to screw up a customer!!! I would never recommend anyone to go there.

Avoid this store! When I ordered my glasses, I was told that I am getting 2-for-1 deal but they fitted the second pair with inferior lenses! They will not accept liability for the mishap and when I asked for a refund, the whole staff got aggressive and threatened me! I have filed a complaint with the Ministry of Consumer Services. I will get my refund but you don't have to. Read other reviews, many people had similar experiences too! Just avoid!

As others I was told I need to let my eye adjust to the glasses. Unfortunately I have to sit 16" away from the monitor of my computer in order to see right. That is not the case as it is around 12" and a small window of view slightly off to the left of center. So I have to tilt my head and lean forward right out of my chair just to see the middle of the screen. Either way my word was not taken that they were not correct for me to even try. I told them I would bring them back and waste time I don't have to waste. More money out of my pocket and risk to health in these days. However, My driving glasses were good and did the trick. That is why a 2 instead of a 1.

( my fault I picked them out. ) lens were terrible ( distortion and to difficult to find a clear spot ) Finally went back to wearing my old progressives. cut my losses and returned new glasses to the store for donation. I am sure Pearl Vision would have tried to rectify but having been down this road once before with bad lens I know there is no fixing it and is way to stressful. when I can afford to I will go with someone offering a higher quality lens , such as Essilor or Hoya

Got my eyeglasses in Pearle Vision Garden City mall and I'm very satisfied with them. I feel so welcome and safe in the store as they are following safety from COVID-19. I recommend looking for Julius, he is very good at suggesting what is the best eyeglasses for you and definitely will give you a good deal. No hassle or stress in getting your perfect eyeglasses there! ????

I am a truck driver. My glasses broke luckily I had my shades which are script as well. I had to get my frames fixed. The ladies here went above and beyond. My license says I need my glasses and they saved the day. Thank you so much ladies.

My son had broken the nose piece off a few months after we bought our glasses there. I was finally able to get in to the store 45 mins b4 my wife needed to be picked up for work. They explained it was not covered. I had brought my son's other pair with me that were in good shape except for the lenses which were scratched. The employee did offer to change the lenses for me which was great! He took both pairs and I asked if it was ok to take my son to eb games which is right across. He is 13 and had some games to trade in. I was told no problem and said I would be right back. I came back and stood there for 10-15 minutes waiting to pick up my sons glasses while he dealt with someone else. When I finally interrupted due to having to give myself enough time to go get wife. I then realized he had not touched the glasses due to the fact I left the store. He had moved on to next customer. I know he was being helpful to fix my sons glasses but if he said he was going to do something he should have. Good customer service like dealing with what he said he would do before moving to next person in store. If I had stood there i am sure he would have done it first. I shouldn't have to stand over him...I have 3 kids I shouldn't need to do it to get proper service. Wasted my time which like most I don't have much of. I may go back and give them a chance to redeem themselves. Will post after with results. Not a good first impression

Horrible customer service the guy totally ignored me when I went to pick up my husbands glasses,so rude I will NEVER GO TO THIS PEARL VISIONS AGAIN I DONT NEED TO BE TREATED AWFUL.. STANDING THERE WAITING MEANWHILE HE STOOD THERE DOING ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!!! SO RUDE NO MANNERS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS!!!! Well since the last visit ,the guy called me and apologized,which I appreciate that. Well I had gone in today jan,23 and actually felt with the guy that I felt was rude,but I must say he was greatly helpful with me and my children and I would have to say thanks I app the great customer service I had received this time around. The sales associate Thomas was great with my kids and helping them out and patient with them and really patient with me trying to pick out my glasses and he made me well informed on my prescription. So thanks for the good experience this time and thanks for being patient and helpful,I can say he is a good sales associate so I will come back for my glasses and my children and I would recommend pearle vision.so thank you thomas for all your help

Amazing service from Thomas the store manager. My grandson needed glasses at 6, he wasn't happy about it and Thomas really helped. Thomas also helped my daughter and my son, my father and my husband all get their glasses from Pearle Vision.
