Very professional staff. Dr B is very nice and knowledgeable. Negatives; my appointment time was booked for an hour earlier than my actual appointment. I had to reschedule but fortunately they fit me in on the same time as my original appointment. I showed them my appointment card as it felt like they did not believe me. Secondly, I ordered my prescription sunglasses and have been waiting 3 and a half weeks. I was advised on week three phone call the frames were not in stock. I was offered a substitute at that time but decided to wait. I don't feel like making any extra trips there at this time.

I recently had a wonderful experience at this office. I had an emergency situation, and due to Covid was unable to see my regular doctor. I was referred to Dr. Badame who was extremely thorough in her examination. She took the time to explain in detail her findings. She is extremely professional while personable at the same time. Heather, who also works in the office was very pleasant and extremely efficient in taking care of all of my concerns. I would definitely recommend Dr. Badame and her team! Thank you!

This was my first interaction with Dr.Badame as I have not had the opportunity to meet her personally since she took over her practice from my previous doctor. My experience with Dr. Badame was excellent. She listened to the problem that I have and provided a detailed explanation of my situation. She explained the medication that she prescribed. After our call, she followed up with an e- mail summarizing matters. She advised to contact her if I required additional information or needed further medical assistance. USED to go here to get my contacts changed and the ladies who used to work there were always so helpful anything you ever needed. The new receptionists are rude and refuse to help existing patients and even when calling addressing the fact that my eyes need to get checked as the current contacts were irritating, all she cared about was booking an ‘exam’ I clearly did NOT NEED. Unprofessional and wouldn’t recommend going !

One of the best customer service experiences I have ever had! The girl at the front desk, Josein, was so friendly and provided immediate support. It made such a big difference! The optometrist, Dr.Badame was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. She made sure I understood exactly what was going on. I am blown away and so appreciative of the service I received. Also find the text appointment reminders are very convenient!

Had my first ever visit to FYidoctors and I am so happy I found them. The office was clean and welcoming and had great COVID safety protocols. The staff from beginning to end were caring and took the time to explain everything that was being done and why. It was a one stop shop, got my eyes checked and my contacts and glasses prescription all filled in the same place. It was a very comfortable and personalized experience for my needs and I left my appointment feeling relieved and well taken care of... exactly what you would expect from any doctor's visit. I will be back for sure and highly recommend them.

My today's trip to optometrist was through the beautiful Etobicoke Creek Canyon, known with its friendly people and kind coyotees. It took only 45 minutes by feet to arrive to Sherway from 42nd Street at the bottom of Lakeshore (3.8km). At the entrance I was met by Anthony, who made my check-in as smooth as possible, including COVID screening. He also made my time at the reception area comfortable and reasonable. Thank you Anthony. Dr. ROSE MARIE BADAME is a very serious specialist in her field. During my eye exam I've learned how to train my eye muscles. Also I got valuable suggestions on support of eye health, which I never knew before. Beatriz Olivos is an exceptional worker, customer service is on top level, very polite and informative. Be sure, you will get the best deal for your budget. And, of course, Miranda. She is the best advisor when it comes to design of glasses to match your charcter. I wish only prosperity and good luck to this business. But the biggest treasure of every company or business is dedicated people. FYdoctors Sherway Etobicoke has these diamonds. This place is a complete joke. Don't waste your time going here as the staff including the doctor himself, do not know what they are doing. Apparently the doctor "verbally" offers you a prescription but does not document it according to the front desk staff. After completing an eye exam that was billed to my insurance Dr. Stepec offered me a slight prescription verbally which I did not take at the time. When I called back to request a copy of the prescription as I now feel like I needed glasses, they said that there is no documentation of a prescription and I would have to come in and pay for a new exam!!! To top it off the man at the front desk then proceeded to tell me at the end of the conversation that I was forcing them to give me a prescription! WHAT A JOKE!

Dr. Badame was very thorough in taking care of my eye health issues first, even scheduling multiple short checkup sessions over the course of a month, to make sure my prescription was perfect. Frankly the best optometry service I've experienced, from both the doctor and front desk.
