Hand sanitizer and masks are both available at this clinic, you just have to ask for it. Walk in clinic is usually busy these days since there are fewer doctors in town so it is harder to get in for an apt during the week so expect a wait at the walk in clinic for sure.

Horrible service....receptionists do not seem to have any professional courtesy and raise their voices at the patients all the time. They delayed sending my referral for 5 weeks and the only reason they had was 'we forgot' and did not seem to have any concern about my situation.

Receptionist should put at least 15 minutes interval between patient, so no more waiting for over 2 hours that is a serious problem here in this clinic. Just wanna know the result but i am waiting for almost 2 hours for maybe a minute or two for the doctor to tell me what the result of my physical exam.

Long line-up at door 15 minutes before opening. One doctor on call. Doctor is late in arriving to center. No hand sanitizer available, as well as no masks. Our Healthcare system should step it up. There is no reason for this in today's world. It's no wonder people complain steadily about Saskatchewan's Healthcare system. I'm glad I don't get sick often!!!

Worst experience ever. My friend has covid and he tried to call the clinic to get some medicine for sore throat and they said all of the doctors are full right now. Call somewhere else. We can not help. If doctors can not help patients then who will??

Everytime we book appointments its always at least an hour and a half wait until we can be seen by the doctor. This last visit after 2 hours of waiting the doctor went on a lunch break before seeing clients. Not to mention the receptionist is extremely rude. Also no longer a walk in clinic. Never going here again.
