I have been a client of Invision Eye Care and Dr Lori Robinson's for over 25 years - in part this says it all but allow me to elaborate. Dr Robinson and Dr Barrie are consummate professionals but they also have a support team working under them that are second to none - many of them are tenured employees who even call me by name as I walk through the door. I love the atmosphere in this clinic - its clearly a team effort to ensure clients are happy. I recently had to update my contact lens prescription and I Dr Robinson remembered the allergic reaction I had to a new formulation - more than 3 years ago. She made detailed notes on my file so that her assistant (also named Laurie) was quick to identify what I needed to order for contacts and why I needed the previous formulation.. She even offered to order them in advance of the Christmas holidays so that they would be ready & waiting for me to pick up when I returned to work. I look forward to my visits to this Eye clinic and have never doubted that they appreciate my business.

I recently switched to this clinic based on review online so feel like I need to leave my own.... The staff are incredibly helpful, they are always able to fit me in for an appointment. I never feel like they are trying to sell me on things I don't want or need. They've gotten me in for quick checkups or frame adjustments at no charge. I've just been very pleased with my experienced there. Highly recommend! They also have some of the best selection of frames in the city with reasonable prices!

I was a happy customer since my wife and kids have a good experience here, my eyes checkup was done in the middle of November, ordered lens for my frame and expected delivery in 2 weeks. Three weeks later without any call from Eye "Care" Centre, I called to ask and one lady said it will be ready on the 4th week Wednesday, and no call after then, 2 weeks later, still nothing. I came in-person on the 6th week to cancel my lens order and they said it will be done by tomorrow. What a great experience! We (and my friends also) have to say good bye and move to another Eye CARE centre, something is wrong with customer service here since they dont care about the customer waiting for the lens, and who knows about the quality of everything without the best CARE for customers. Good luck to you if you want your eyes "cared" here.

I highly recommend Dr.Barrie. Shes wonderful, caring and tries to be as helpful as possible. Ive gone twice and both times I was treated really well. I truly believe they go above and beyond for there clients sometimes.

I left my previous eye care facility because they provided so-so service. Not good, not bad, just indifferent. I tried our Dr. Barrie at Invision Eye Care and I can't say enough good things about them. The facility is nice, the staff is friendly and they really do care about their customers. They are always willing to answer and questions and will do whatever it takes to make sure you are completely satisfied. Dr. Barrie is one of the best professionals in Saskatoon. She knows what she is talking about and always provides helpful and useful suggestions, information and details. I trust her completely. I recommend Dr. Barrie and Invision Eye to anyone and everyone. You won't find better customer service.

I got my eye exam done here and my glasses made. Believe me, the Invision eye care centre is one of the best eye clinics I have ever been to. The customer service here is exceptional! Dr. Berrie, as well as every. Everyone here was very professional, polite, helpful, and friendly. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.

Outstanding Customer Service!!!! I was visiting Saskatoon from the US and realized I forgot to pack my contacts. I call Invision Eye Care and the staff set me up an appointment that day and provided replacement contacts. I really thought this was going to be a difficult and time consuming problem to fix, but the staff made it so easy. Thank you so much for your help and genuine concern!

Can barely afford to eat right now and in order to sell me more contacts they want to charge me $200 for an appointment first plus the contacts. My eyes have been the same since I was 13. The glasses I currently am wearing due to not having contacts are from when I was 13. I'm 31 in a few days. How can I wear glasses that are 18 years old and still see fine but they need to charge me for an appointment before I get contacts? Sounds like a scam to me.

This review is specifically for Dr. Tolhurst, Courtney. She is really soft spoken, caring and warm hearted lady. I have all the respect for her. I slightly scratched my eye over the saturday evening and on Sunday the clinic was closed. But when I told her concern about my eye on Sunday morning, she agreed to look and helped me treat my eye. I would have felt helpless if she was not there to check my eye. I would really like to thank her with all my heart. May God bless these kind of souls .

I had an accident this week at my university that resulted In me getting a chemical in my eye. The team at InVision was so amazing. I called them right after Rinsing my eye and I got to talk to Dr. Dorothy Barrie who recommended I come in right away and get it looked at. They got me in instantly and took a look at my eye and prescribed me some drops. Everyone was so lovely including the receptionists both on the phone and at the clinic. Today at my recheck I found out that my eye is back to 100%, thank you so much Dr. Barrie and the InVision team for always being there for me!
