I give this place the worst possible rating I can. I had a manager of the store named sue threaten to call the RCMP on me after I questioned her on a price check in the store. Then she lied to me about why the price was wrong and I called her on it. She then caused a huge scene and actually argued with me in the store over an $8 price discrepancy, and said she would have me removed from the store, for simply questioning an unclearly marked price. This place is a complete joke. This lady should be fired! Seriously go to Walmart or anywhere else. Support business that actually care about their customers. This lady doesn't deserve to have a job. Ide give a 0/5 but 1 is the lowest I can go . SHOP ANYWHERE ELSE

Exchange place for Soda Stream C02 canisters. They do an exchange for empty canisters. Be sure to call ahead as they sell out quick. Wal-Mart does not do the exchange program in Estevan, I think Can Tire is the only place here right now that does.

Low Budget Hunter

Purchased a "PowerSport" battery a few weeks ago. Brought it home and took it out of the package. It was undersized but the salesperson recommended it would work since it was a 12 volt and meant for quads, boats, and sea-doos. After following the instructions and trickle charging the battery over night. I hooked it up to my quad and it wouldn't even turn the quad starter over. I bring it into Estevan Canadian Tire to exchange it for a larger battery and id pay the difference. The salesperson couldn't test the battery and suggested I come back the next day (an hour drive for me) so I could speak t to the manager because it was his day off. Refused to help in any way. Assured me it was my fault that his salesman recommended me a smaller battery. Refused to return or exchange it since the battery acid had been used in the battery. Don't know how one would charge a battery dry to test it to make sure it would work for an application they assured me it would be sufficient for. Battery had been used once and set in the porch until the next time I came into the city to return it. I had original warranty card and receipt but was still met with an aggressive "you bought it, it's your fault it doesn't work". This is not the type of professionalism I've come to expect from Canadian Tire. Not impressed, do you own research before listening to the salespersons "professional" suggestions.

Rude to my wife when she was at service didn’t do what they were asked/told to do to my vehicle and even manager was rude to me on phone when I called to get issue corrected I have spent thousands of dollars on tools etc from Canadian tire but no more I’m not shopping at a store where even the manager is rude.

Absolutely horrible lying managers.. I had original receipt with everything in original boxes and because the one manager was being absolutely rude and not letting me speak refused to return my items and I called toll free number a supervisor then emailed the managers and said there was no reason for them not to return the items and told me to go into the store the next day so I went in and the other manager then called the other manager up cause the one who refused me the day before called the other one and explained that he refused me yesterday so the other manager got snarky and extremely rude and said they couldn't refund me yet i have spent easily over $2000 at canadian tire in the last two months and they won't return my 125 dollars wirth of unopened still in the packaging stuff or give me back my money from my cameras that were on sale for $79.99 yet charged me $199.99 so they made me pay an extra 120 on top of what I should have yet they can't give me my money back... Im a single mom of 2 children and its covid so money is already tight and yet they enjoy robbing single moms who faithfully spend alot of money at there store!! DO NOT GO TO ESTEVAN CANADIAN TIRE THEY ARE RUDE IGNORANT PEOPLE WITH NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL AND HAVE EXTREMELY RUDE EMPLOYEES... TAKE MY WORD SPEND YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE BUT THERE!!

I was looking for a few other things when a staff member asked me if I had found everything alright. Watch there pricing, they purposely place prices , that are wrong , then when you get to till there is a different price for product. They have excuses all the time, but the long and short of it is, it's done on purpose hopping you will just pay the price , instead of saying, no thanks ...keep it ... I will buy it from some where else. This is not a isolated, indecent. Lived in estevan for 10 years, and it happened , multiple times a year.

The general manager quite rudely kicked me off the property for parking my small business vehicle on his mostly empty parking lot for a couple of hours while killing some time. I'm not sure how taking up one stall for a few hours was somehow costing them money, but kicking me out has certainly cost them a lifetime customer. I'll be sure to let all my clients know just how accommodating you are. Great work buddy!

Horrible place to deal with. Girls at customer service were super rude. Manager came and she was even worse. All we wanted to do was return an item NOT USED they were mean about it. They blamed we used it after seeing white stuff on it which was from then packing!!! So they try to find another excuse. Let everyone I know not to buy from Canadian Tire if they that strict you can't open to look at it!!!

I literally am in the store twice a day every day spending hundreds daily on fixing up my house and today I was denied a 3 dollar return (I had the receipt) because 1 plastic wrapper inside a box of 10 outlet covers was torn. I am nice to every staff and try to put a smile on their face every time I go in. THAT is how you lose a customer to the competition. Never again

I had purchase 2 items from this Canadian tire store for my pool, the items never came in a package and only a barcode sticker on it. They didn’t give me a bag for these to items and when I wanted to return these items because they did not fit the pool I had which I returned 2 days later at the this store I bought them from. The customer service lady was rude and said well there is a piece of grass on it and where’s the package. I said they were in my vehicle in the back only and they never came with package go see for your self you have plenty in the pool section. I also stated I never used them only seen if it would fit my pool and which they did not. She then took about ten minutes wiping them down with windex while the line up was building up behind me before she would process my return they were clean and nothing on it only a piece of grass and which she needed to windex it clean. It took about 15 minutes to process and she could not even give me my receipt back because her printer was down and she would have to walk to automotive to print and with it already being long,I said no to the receipt. She made clear she needed the receipt I can’t have it back even though I had items on it with other things. she couldn’t maybe just leave windex part out of it in which she made no difference to the items and went and printed my receipt and saved a bit of time for the next in line. Rude and unprofessional I will travel the extra mile before I go back to this Canadian tire. If you don’t want any dust or anything to get on the items they should be in packages can’t be like that if the items were never in packages, nothing was wrong with them and not even dirty. I probably had the more clean returning them then when I bought them, being that they weren’t covered in dust when I returned them.
