Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and patient while waiting for me to choose frames but efficient while I was waiting for them to finish tasks. I've had issues at other places with correctly placing focal distance, but Aston got it bang-on what we had agreed on the first try. A positive experience start to finish.

My partner and I had a wonderful experience at Aston Eyecare! With the help of Emily and other staff we were led through the process of finding our eye glasses as smoothly and kindly as you could possibly imagine! Our eye exams were efficient, professional, and very well explained, and then we went through the laborious process of finding our glasses from the grand selection carried by Aston. With the help of the staff we found our way to the perfect specs! As I said, we had a wonderful experience and can highly recommend this clinic to others, especially students!

Large clean and modern facility. The optometrist was thorough and pleasant, and they have all the latest optometry gadgetry. Eye exams and glasses are priced reasonably (especially for Victoria), and they have a large selection of frames. Recommended!

A fantastic experience, highly recommended. I went to Aston Eyecare for an eye exam and to update my prescription. Dr. Mohammad and staff were friendly and professional. And they did a great job with the COVID precautions to make me feel safe and at ease the entire time I was there.

The staff ladies were nice but the doctor was kinda insensitive and didn't seem professional at all. She was also more into selling their product than anything else and it made me very uncomfortable. I don't think I'd go to this optometrist again.

This is a new eye clinic that opened in July. Dr Mah was easy-going, pleasant, and spent a lot of time going over my prescription making sure it was right! She gave me samples of contacts to try out and when I returned to pick up my glasses that Anna (what a sweetheart!) helped me with, she even gave me a second pair of contacts from a different supplier to sample! They had a great and large selection of frames, of all prices, and they did not try and "upsell" or push the more expensive frames. Their prices are comparable/same as Costco. They really care about their customers and it was a very nice experience. Will come back. Highly recommend.

The warm friendly staff helped me feel right at home. Rarely have I experienced so much care & detail with my eye exam from previous Ophthalmologists, so I left confident that my prescription is 100% accurate. The only reason I give Aston four rather than five stars is because the spacious, chic stone & glass retail space itself felt a bit too large or clinical, like it might enjoy some plants or sculptures in the corners or perhaps some sort of island display in the centre of the room.

The ladies at Aston Eyecare are spectacular from start to finish! Dr Mah Mohammed was incredibly she was the most nicest and helpful person I’ve ever met. She also makes sure that the contact lenses suited at my comfort. Also she make sure that my prescription was right. Best experience ever. Anna taught me how to put contacts lenses and she was there step by step until I got comfortable on putting it on and taking it out. They make sure that everything is good until they send you home with the contact lenses. I highly recommend. :)

We highly recommend Aston Eyecare to anyone looking to have an eye exam done. Both my wife and I recently had eye exams done at Aston Eyecare. The appointments were easy to arrange on-line and even with the fee for the exams being the lowest we found on the Island, the eye exams themselves were quite extensive. Dr. Mohammad was very thorough and knowledgeable and her assistant Emily provided excellent support and service throughout the process. They have a nice selection of frames and the cost for new glasses is quite reasonable as well. We will definitely be back for our regular checks from now on.

Twice now I've gone into Aston with a list... - A budget - Very particular tastes - the most complex prescription of anyone I know - a vocal distaste and impatience for trying on a bazillion pair of glasses. Getting the right glasses is daunting enough as it is, but the cost has been prohibitive for me in the past and so I simply went without. Had I know back then what I know now, I would have opted for Aston Eycare... On Hillside just off Douglas, basically right next door to Long and Macquade Music store. Aside from being neighbours with my favorite place to be when the world isn't mid-plague... Aston Eycare has been, hands down, the friendliest team of young ladies I've had not just the pleasure of interacting with (in a retail setting, of course)... Not to mention how flexible they were when it came to getting me and my incredibly weird eyes into the frames I wanted, and (this last time, especially, due unforseen 'ME', and as such claimed the innocent life of one pair and grievously wounded my REALLY good ones) very much needed. So, a little backstory here... I am scatterbrained. Always have been. My life does not revolve around schedules at the best of times, being an artistic spirit... And that has never changed. Regardless of priority; I missed the first follow up for my eye exam by a mile. Almost eight hours kate... plus a week. Got the day right, though; Monday. And managed to get in on the following Monday. Albeit at near closing time. Having only intended on researching, and probably choosing some short list styles or shapes, I was floored when they informed me that they could squeeze me in for the exam right away... And to just pick out suitable frames in the meantime. I did not intend to keep them ALL well past their closing time of six o'clock, nor had I intended on being able to pull together enough funding to end up testing, trying on and essentially in one swoop, trade up to TWO amazingly comfortable and sharp sets of glasses, without so much as a cross word or complaint, but I even got an ego boost to accompany the brave new style I was to embark on, courtesy of the intensely persuasive selections, good old fashioned flattery of Astons staff. I would highly recommend these professional eye-care mistresses. Kudos Aston, and thanks again..

Dr Mah Mohammed was incredibly thorough in fine tuning my tricky prescription, and graciously ensured I had enough contacts for a week away when my order wasn't in on time before my vacation. Anna was able to fit me in the schedule when I had limited availability and needed an eye exam asap. She was also tremendous help in choosing frames, offering supportive guidance yet giving me plenty of space to hmm and haw on my own. Shopping for new eye wear was actually fun and enjoyable here!
