Our family had one successful eye appointment with this clinic. Then, we tried to book 3 times to get contacts over 6 months unsuccessfully. The first appointment came up during covid and as we heard nothing we called to confirm and were told to re-book. We were fine with this. Once things opened up we had an appointment a month in advance but called to check again as we heard nothing. We were told they were about to call us, but had not gotten to it yet and that we had to re-book. We then booked 2 months into the future to be sure it would be ok. Just called and were told exactly the same thing, that they were just about to call us and needed to cancel and re-book. After 6 months of trying to get the cllinic to keep an appointment we will be going elsewhere. 3 unhappy customers here.

Had a fantastic appointment with Dr. Chapman at the East end location. The staff before my visit were personable, warm, and very kind. They got me in as soon as possible and my time with Dr. Chapman was both enjoyable and educating. She explained what she was doing every step of the way and made me feel like I was an active part of the process. All in all a fantastic experience and very quick.

I lost my glasses 2 days after i got them and way very worryed to go ask for a new pair but i did and they were EXTREAMLY caring and understanding and simply laughed it off with me ???? I would recommend them any day !

Dr. Nazareth and the front desk staff were all super friendly and always explained to me what they were doing as they were doing it. No complaints at all. Place was clean and following COVID protocols. The woman helping me find the right frame for me was particularly friendly and patient.
