Very long waiting time.. unpleasant reception staff. They don't respect the clients, and they never apologize...they make it sound like its an exception every single time. I would never go back to this clinic and would not recommend it to anyone.

My son has been seeing Dr. Reginald for around 6 years now. Only positive things can be said about him. He is professional, kind, knowledgable and knows how to connect with kids. I am very happy to be under his care, he makes my son feel like a super star with his rare eye condition. Yes, be prepared to wait. But will I take waiting over a not as caring doctor any day.

Very long waiting even during pandemic in a small room. We were there from 12:20 till 2:10 that we got out. The staff where great but Dr. Reginald spent less than 4 mins to answer our questions after such a waiting he just said "He needs sunglasses , go to optometrist". He, for sure, is a knowledgeable Dr, but not very welcoming.

Very long wait times. When questioned both staff and Dr. Reginald make it sound like it’s an exception. However, the norm are wait times of 45 minutes plus.

Almost 2hr wait for a 2mins consult. Why even take appointments? We have been coming here only because we have no other option. Although a good doctor but no care for people’s time.

Reading these reviews, I prepared myself for the worst, and honestly... it was fine? Staff were nice, wait times were reasonable, and Dr. Reginald was amazing with our son.

No Noway
Long waits, limited practise hours, making appointments is almost impossible - no voicemail or online booking. Tried for months to get an appointment but fed up and looking for another doctor.

Long wait times. Do not value the appointment. Patients are served in random order,neither as per appointment, nor on first come first serve basis.

Dr Reginald has seen both of my babies and is professional, kind and knowledgeable. The office is busy but the staff are friendly. Wait times are in line with all specialist offices however this staff are always helpful and accomodating.
