I went to get my eyes checked and didnt bring a friend to help choose a frame. the staff members helped me choose and I get so many compliments on them! thank you guys! also Dr. miranda is really thorough and friendly. the technology seems to be very advanced, high tech stuff. it seems like everyone has fun working there because the atmosphere is so good.

Very unprofessional!! Due to an incident of an employee assaulting a customer 4 years ago, at a sister location, this place now refuses to serve customer's family, even after being a customer there for 10 years.

I have been a patient with Dr. Miranda for years. He's great. Very knowledgeable and has state of the art equipment. My wife and I both had appointments but we got caught in major traffic coming from Victoria, so this made us very late. But Dr. Miranda and staff where very accommodating and squeezed us in. Thank you so much for the great eye appointment. The trail contact lenses seem to be much better then our previous lenses. Thanks you very much, you made our appointment great!!!

I should have known that my new glasses were going to be a problem when one of the screws came loose and a lens came out in the first month. It happened again a month later. I mistakenly assumed an $800 plus pair of glasses would have lasted longer than that. I've never really got use to these progressives - they have little area to focus on the computer thus straining my neck. I cant walk on trails any more because I can't see see my feet stepping on uneven ground causing me to trip. So in summary I'm unhappy with these glasses but I waited too long to return them, (even though I had returned three times within the first two months of owning them). I will find my way to a new optometrist in the future.

I was very surprised at the depths they go with the testing to make sure they obtain as much information about your eyes and their health...I learned so many things about my eyes and happy to report they are healthy :) Such amazing staff right from the start to the finish. ..Thank you for caring!!

I went for the first time today. Everyone was super super nice. More friendly than places I've gone to in the past. I was welcomed right away, everyone was super chatty with me, in a good way, everyone took the time to explain things to me. Will most definitely keep coming back and will reccomend them to others.

We have kept trying this place for four years but have had several bad experiences. Every time we go, we get booked with new doctors, there is no consistency of care. I kept going back because it was convenient to get there. Their front staff was better today than in the past but it is clear that they are gouging families. They set up appointments more often than needed that they know won't be covered by care plans, and won't change their system to alert you to come in at covered intervals because "the doctor's won't like that". So a family with children with perfect eyes with double benefits plans and health care still have to pay a LOT out of pocket for just a check-up. Now the kids can't have a special Friday dinner because our budget is blown to line their pockets. If you're made of money, then by all means, go here, the facility is beautiful and they will happily take it. Other professionals do not do this to families. They book in line with the benefits and needs. Gouging families before Christmas? Shame on you. I will try to find another eye care provider who cares about their clients more than just turning a profit. I wish we could have convenience AND care however, it is so disappointing to have given my business for years and to continue to feel taken advantage of.

I have been a patient of Dr. Trevor Miranda’s for many years. Due to extremely dry eyes, I require an eyecare procedure every 6 months. I am always reassured that the diagnosis Dr.T. delivers is a team effort between the state-of-the-art equipment he has and the exceptional skill and expertise he has gained through the 25 years he has practiced optometry. Due to the exceptional service he and his staff give me (and I’m sure all their patients) I continue to drive from Victoria to have all my eyecare needs met at this clinic.
