Brought someone for an appointment at 3, by 4pm we were still in the waiting room eith little to no explanation as to why the appointment was late other than "well theres 2 people ahead of her". Very unprofessional reception, making personal phone calls and chatting among themselves. Even at a walk in you have more explanation and a shorter wait time. Highly recommend you go somewhere else unless you have 3 hours to wait for your appointment

I was here for 2 visits and both times the staff was both friendly & professional. As well the wait time was under 10 minutes both times, The Dr. I saw the second visit explained everything to me clearly and was very personable. Would recommend this place to anybody!

I was very impressed with the quality of service at Clarity Eye in Vaughan. Dr. Ebadi did my eye surgery . He was great,, very calm, understanding and caring. I found the support staff to be well informed and professional, as well as being pleasant and considerate.

Very unprofessional front desk staff and timing is horrible. I had to wait 46 mins after my appointment time until i was seen and reason was that the doctor had to due some lasers. And when i called before coming to my appointment i was told ohh make sure you are not late! This was very disappointing and unprofessional service. Call people 1 hour before their appointments and let them know that there will be an x amount of mins delay, if it will be more then 10.mins. People have better things to do then just sit for hours and waste their day, specially when you are taking time off work to see a doctor.
