I am so happy that Dr. Mehta is in her new location and seeing patients. When I walked into the office this morning, everything was fresh and new and I was greeted by some friendly and familiar faces at reception, Danyel and the ladies at the front are warm and kind. I was then led back and cared for by Maria who has a wonderful disposition and made me feel very comfortable in this new office. I have been a patient of Dr. Mehta’s for a few years now and she has always been thorough, consistent, knowledgeable and genuine in giving me the best quality of care. She is an incredible listener and is invested in finding and providing a solution. I have no hesitation to recommend Dr. Mehta to anyone who is looking for a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Ophthalmologist. staff were so accommodating and pleasant to be around . I didn't have an appointment I just kind of called and they said if I could be there in an hour that would be alright , well the extreme weather pushed me about to an hour and 45 minutes by the time I got there , the staff didnt rush me they were so nice about everything they looked at my eye did a bunch of the tests that they do and that was that I was given some eye drops to use and told that the issue was nothing to worry about and I was on my way feeling lots better . I promised a bang up review and I honestly mean it they were fantastic

The staff were exceptional, friendly, kind, warm and welcoming as well as the doctor. The unfortunate part was that my appointment was at 11am in which I arrived on time, however I still had to wait 45 minutes before seeing the doctor. I found this to be horribly frustrating and awful especially because the appointment was for my 10.5 month old son. Try keeping a little one busy in a small room for 45 minutes!! I was pretty disappointed with the wait. Also, when the appointment was over I asked to use the bathroom to change my son's diaper. They do not have a change table in the bathroom and I had to change his diaper on the floor with my own change pad. You would think with a building having been so new, that they would have considered all ages of clients that they may serve and build their bathrooms to be more inclusive.

Very friendly staff at front counter and throughout the office . Dr. Mehta was very competant , thorough , and answered all my concerns . There was no rush in performing my proceedures and I was given ample time afterwards to recuperate . I will definitely return for any eye issues in the future .

The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, however they seem to always be behind on their appointments. Two out of my 3 appointments I've waited in the waiting room for at least 30 minutes before even being taken to a room. The doctor that I have been seeing is great though and once she sees me is quick about it.

I had a early morning appointment, the staff at the main counter were quick to acknowledge me and made sure all my info was correct. The Techs wasted no time running the appropriate tests on me. Dr. Mehta spent a lot of time with me and answered all of my questions. A appointment was set up for a quick surgery to remedy the issue. I would recommend Stellar Eye Care to everyone, they are all fast, friendly and I got the sense that they truly cared about my well-being and it wasn't just a job for them.

The directions were easy to follow. When I arrived I was greeted by a very nice receptionist. I waited approximately 5 minutes before being taken in for my eye exams. It was a very professional atmosphere and staff were knowledgeable. The specialist was excellent and I feel she was very knowledgeable about glaucoma as per high pressure readings. I was very comfortable.
