I love how this place works. Easy to make and change appointments, lots of parking, simple, clear and direct with their clients. They also keep investing in good diagnostic eye tech. It’s really cool to have optometrist who is conscious of cost and is not constantly upselling me. Great value for money, quick turn around time with outstanding caring customer service. I live in Ladner but it’s always worth the drive to find service providers with this level of integrity.

Terrible customer service. They said they will open on Saturday to 1:00pm, but when I arrived at 11:50am, their door was locked. I knocked on the door, the person inside hide quickly.

Decades of living with "4 eyes" has taught me never to scrimp when it comes to eye-wear. Find a great optometrist who does a great job with their eye-wear and you'll never regret it. Tsawwassen Optometry deserves more than 5 stars for their friendliness and the quality of their service. They have a great selection of glasses, too. Definitely, definitely recommended.

I went in for a check up, was given temporary contacts that had been ripped in half, went back in for another pair in which they had the wrong pair for me because they got the prescription wrong and it took 30 minutes waiting in their office to figure out why (no communication), and then they send it in the mail a week later and its been two weeks and I still don't have my contacts. WHAT A JOKE!!! My eye appointment was close to two months ago and I still have no contacts. Save your time and go to another optometrist - preferably an office that is competent

Dr.Ruby was great, exam very professional and very complex. Will be back for exams but not for glasses. Will be replacing glasses I just bought here elsewhere. Reviewed this without knowing that I had 3 months to have eyeglasses fixed to lenses that worked better for me. Got a wonderful call to set up an appointment to have my concerns seen too. Wish I had known this before posting original review.

Dr. Kirby is an excellent optometrist. She really takes the time to listen to her patients and is very thorough with the testing. I went in for a routine eye exam when I was suffering from chronic headaches. Dr. Kirby performed many different eye tests and was able to detect why I was getting the headaches. She quickly got the ball rolling for further testing, resulting in a diagnosis by a neurologist. I am healthy now and very grateful for Dr. Kirby’s quick detection and thoughtful care.
