From the moment i stepped through the door to the end of my appointment today.... wow, what an experience of excellence. The receptionists were informative, conversational and humorous. Dr. Waraich is a fantastic and thorough doctor. They do not pressure you to purchase the most expensive lense. They work with you to find what suits your budget and needs. This was not the case when I lived in Vancouver. Friendly and genuine. I just moved to the area and this will be my permanent place. Wonderful first impression.

Thorough examination. No rush. The doctor spent full half hour examination. Friendly staff. Nice collection of frames. I am Prada fan personally. Highly recommended.

I believe I was seen by Dr. Waraich whom was very professional and informative. During the eye exam he was explaining everything to me in simple terms so I would understand which I appreciated. The staff were also very helpful and friendly (very patient and helpful with me taking my time to pick my frames). This was my first experience receiving an eye exam and picking out frames so I was not sure if I liked the frames I originally chose so they put my glasses on hold and allowed me to come back the next day to make sure I still liked them. Overall, this was a great experience, the entire team made me feel comfortable and at ease.

Dr. Harmeet is someone I would highly recommend for eye check and treatment. He is very calm, Makes sure your all questions are answered and is never in a hurry. There is never any wait time if appointment booked in advance. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. The best customer service optometrist. Keep up the awesome job (Y)
