My experience with the front office staff have convinced me to avoid this this at all cost. Very rude and unhelpful. I had an appointment I waited two weeks for and called to let them know I had some car trouble and would be 10-15 minutes late. The girl I spoke to on the phone was incredibly unsympathetic and could care less. She was unwilling to work a way around this problem. I will never visit this place again. And I will tell everyone I know to do business elsewhere.

Dealing with the Scott Road Eye Clinic over the past few years has been a wonderful experience. The staff there are very knowledgeable and friendly, and the doctors are extremely thorough in their examinations. Manager or whatever (Harjit) charged my credit card $1499 when i was supposed to be charged 149. went back into to show her my statement and was told it was a duplicate statement and only charged me $149. called CIBC. got a refund . i will never go back there.

This is a awesome place, I loose a screw on my glasses or they got loose or a rubber cushion fell off they take my glasses and repair them in minutes, I give them a five star! And the eye dr is super good and friendly, been coming here for years without any problems

Welcoming staff, friendly service and no pressure sales tactics describes my experience at Scott Road Eye Clinic. I went in to have my eyes tested and thought the process was efficient and thorough. Dr. Purewal is the best! After the test, I asked about frames and had several staff provide their opinion on what looked good on me. I was use to my old pair of glasses that I had for a while and they suggested a frame that was more modern and stylish. Glad I agreed, I think I look more hip. :)

Rude staff I had dropped in to browse sunglasses and was told that I needed an appointment. This was inconvenient as there were no other customers in the shop at the time. So I set up an appointment, 5 days later I finally got a chance to see their sunglasses. Now another customer walks in and says "sorry I don't have an appointment, but I'd like to see your glasses". The office staff said what you'd expect "yeah no problem, come on in". Keep in mind I was still IN THE STORE FOR MY APPOINTMENT AT THE TIME! Truely comical Would not recommend

Such amazing people, so honest and genuine. Dr. Johal took the time to look after the concerns for my mom, she was a special case he called the specialist and spoke to them directly regarding her condition and had her seen ASAP. I have been in several times after that for myself and family. The ladies were very helpful and understanding for my son has special needs. They have a great selection and they delivered at a very timely manner.

The staff were friendly..but the product was horrible. I asked them to give me the best contact lens they have. So, they gave me 'the best' pair of contact lenses, which I could never wear. They were literally burning my eyes. I would never go there again.
