I had great customer service here. I was getting my first pair of glasses and the prices were great. I ended up with Versace brand for less than non named brand at my optometrist. And they followed up a week later to make sure I was happy. Pleasant surprise, I will go back there first if I need anymore.

Terrific service. Stepped on my glasses after they fell on the floor. Frame all bent but lenses unbroken. Went in and saw Alvin. In less than 30 minutes he managed to straighten the frame, reinstall the lenses, and put sturdier screws into the arms. Cost for his service ...? $10.00 yes Ten. He wouldn't take a penny more. Guess where I'm buying my next set of glasses.

Suzanne and Alvin are the best! I've never encountered such excellent customer service; also both have a great eye for helping choose the frame which suits you best. Prices are reasonable and the selection is good. For the first time ever, I had a hard time choosing which pair to purchase!
