The service here is fantastic. When I came back for a quick repair to my frames they had them done within 5 minutes. They were courteous and had me on my way faster than I expected. I did not know much about it but I took it to lenscrafter everyone said it's low quality. I should have visited lenscrafter their lenses are $200 and good quality.

I have had the pleasure to be a satisficed customer for the past 5 years. Every 2 years I have been going to see the kind optometrist Dr. Farah to make sure my prescription is up to date. After that I get my new glasses from the awesome and funny Bilal and his wonderful customer service crew. Recently I accidently stepped on my prescription glasses while hiking and I thought they were done for. Luckily Bilal did his magic and was able to put back the lens in place and adjusted the frame (titanium) and didn't even charge me! Now that's service! I'm now about to pick up my new sunglasses from them and I'm sure they will be excellent as usual! Thank you Eye Zone staff for your great service through the years!

Thanks Bilal for realizing conversion of regular RayBan Wayfarer RB2140 to prescription glasses - that is for almost 8 months now is the most comfortable since day one. While other optiometry clinics had been discoraging to go for for RB2140 as a prescription glasses - Mr. Bilal assured that they will be converted properly. The doctor was very thorough with the eye examination. However this 2 star review is with regards to COVID protocol. One of the guy who works there at the optical center/prescription glasses area had his mask below his nose several times. Also when he was helping me with the glasses selection he was touching the glasses with his bare hands no gloves, did not notice him sanitizing his hands before touching the glasses. The times that we are living in I would expect better training to the employees to safeguard customer health. I am definitely not comfortable visiting this place again especially during COVID.

When I saw Dr Farah A Naz, she went into great detail explaining what i was experiencing & reassured me this is correctable. Gave me two prescriptions for stronger eye drops which is truly what was needed, and i can already notice the difference. All the staff were helpful & knowledgeable when I discussed frames & progressive lens with them. After this first visit, I will go nowhere else from now on. I visited this place for my annual eye check a week ago first time and had a great experience and got my eye prescription. I visited today to look at new frames and glasses which i did not check on my first visit The young girl who assisted me was excellent in her approach and very customer friendly . She even helped me to choose the frame. I do not know her name. The reason of my going back to them today was that no one presurred me to buy the glasses when i got my eyes checked quite contrary to other optometrists. I had a great experience and bought my glasses today and expecting to get them in a week time. Great job. Nice place. Cheers!!

Eyezone has a very nice and up to date selection on frames and I couldn't ask more from there customer service they go the extra mile. For example I had gotten a prescription change and bought a pair of glasses Tom Ford sunglasses and safety glasses for work. I needed the prescription tweeked just a little and didn't realize the time period to change them was up. I was worried this would cost me hundreds of dollars but they (Bilal Ahmad) convinced the lab to adjust them with no extra charge to me. I don't go anywhere else!

We visited Eye Zone and we were really happy with the customer service as well the variety of designer frames they had to offer. I highly recommend this shop to anyone. Highly recommend, Dr. Naz was great when I went for my vision test and just needed the prescription. Neither the doctor or staff were being pushy about purchasing contacts or glasses from them unlike other optometrists. I will definitely buy pair of glasses from them in the future.
