I was really disappointed with my visit today, the visit to see Dr. Morrison-Reyes went well initially, other than waiting for nearly an hour to see him, till I tried to put my contact lense back in my eye. One of the technicians poured Hydrogen Peroxide Solution in my contact lense case to store them while I was being checked out. Needless to say, my right eye got burned when I put the contact lense back in my eye. It has been over seven hours and it is still stinging and painful. The worst part; I walked right back in the Office to irrigate my eye a few moments after walking out in disgust to find the technician giggling and having a laugh with her coworker like nothing happened. One of the other technicians was quick and helpful trying to irrigate my eye and to ease the pain. Bottom-line, this an eye care clinic and the technicians should know better than to offer their patients Hydrogen Peroxide Solution to store their contact lenses in. And in the case of that one technician, she had no compassion and capacity to understand the level of pain inflicted when you put Hydrogen Peroxide in your eyes. Very unprofessional.

I've been seeing DR.SARJAN PATEL for more than6 years. I was recommended to see him by my regular eye doctor because I needed a specialist knowledgeable in complicated situations. I have very uncommon eyes since birth. I have had cataracts removed from one eye at age 5 over 45 years ago which left that eye with no lens and scar tissue. I have had cataracts removed from the other eye only about 10 years ago but had complications with the implanted lens and developed glaucoma. I didn't expect DR. SARJAN PATEL to begin to understand exactly my eye issues. When I first met him I was extremely doubtful because he was so young! How much experience could this young man have really? HOW WRONG I WAS!!! He has clearly understood my problem eyes and despite being prepared to eventually lose my eyesight...I can see!!! In 2015 I attended the SAN DIEGO CENTER FOR THE BLIND where I was in classes to learn to be independent after the ineviditable happens as with most glaucoma patients..the complete loss of vision. I made friends there with many visually impaired people with different stages of glaucoma. At that time I was under DR. SARJAN PATELS care. He had me using eye meds that he preached over and over how important it was for me to use them EVERY SINGLE NIGHT!!! And I did. As the 2 years went by in my school, the friends I made there one by one lost their vision. Some completely and a few still could see but learned Braille and how to walk with the red tipped cane. I eventually graduated and now it's 2019 and not only have I not gone blind...I can actually SEE BETTER!. My drivers license was renewed with no restrictions except I use glasses to drive at night! I'm a true believer in prayer and my faith in Jesus Christ plays a HUGE role in my wonderful blessing to be able to see...but it's a FACT that my awesome doctor DR SARJAN PATEL is the real blessing. Its only through his knowledge and personal commitment to my individual care that I have even kept my sight for this long..if not AT ALL. Please believe me when I say this man is a genius in his field. I thank the Lord for such a merciful gift to have had DR SARJAN PATEL as my doctor. THE DIFFERENCE IN THE DOCTOR COULD BE THE DIFFERENCE IN THE QUALITY OF LIFE YOULL HAVE IN YOUR FUTURE. THIS MAN HAS GIVEN ME YEARS OF THE SWEETEST MOST PRECIOUS GIFT ONE COULD RECIEVE....SIGHT❤ THANK YOU MY DR.SARJAN PATEL...I CANT EXPRESS MY GRATITUDE AND WORDS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO DESCRIBE HOW MUCH YOUVE DONE FOR ME❤????❤????????❤????❤

Dr.Patel saved my eyesight. I have glaucoma and was referred to West Coast Eye Care when my own eye doctor could no longer help me. His extensive knowledge of eye diseases and the latest technologies and treatments are nothing short of a Good send. The medication he prescribed on the first try has continued to keep my eye pressure low and for more than 5 years I REMARKABLY have lost NO VISION! This man has devoted his life to helping so many people to continue to live in a world that without him would be dark. He has compassion and shows personal interest in his patients young and old. There are many doctors out there but not like my DR. PATEL.. he's one of a kind. Put your trust in him, I garantee you, you'll get the best care possible. And he's gorgeous too! I know his looks should have nothing to do with how great of a doctor he is..but heck, what a bonus right? Go SEE for yourself...GOD BLESS YOU DR. PATEL..YOU ARE AN ANGEL TO ME❣❣❣

I really would not even give this place a star at all. My grandmother had her glasses done here on january. It took at least almost a month before her glasses were ready. After couple of months my grandmother started to have problems with her glasses. Take note: her insurance limit for everything was $500.00. After the exams, frame and lenses. It came to damn there that amount. They said that if she had any problems to bring it back anytime. I took her back there, this past week. The people that works there, seems like they do not even wanna be there. So I checked in. Waited 25 min cause the guy that we suppose to see was on lunch. Okay. So the guy called us. I was explaining to him that my grandmother was having a problem. He looked at her account on the computer and all he said was. OH THERE IS NOTHING I CAN Do. Cause the 60 days was already passed. He did not even had symphaty at all. At least ask how he can help my grandmother at all. I said the 60 days was not explained to us. He said oh yes it was on the paper she signed. I was so mad cause they took her insurance money. And she is stuck with the glasses she cannot even use. And she is not even eligible for another one til january. I will never tell anyone I know to go to this place at all. The people are just rude. No star if you ask me.

I visited the National city location on Plaza Blvd today and Dr. Sarjan Patel is such a great Dr.,he explains everything very well, answered all of my questions and puts my mind at ease and he was very friendly and took his time and wasn't rushed! The back office technicians Marcos and Victor were so friendly, professional and very Thorough when it came to doing all of the testing! They made my experience very pleasant! The environment of the office seemed very calm and smooth running! The office manager Grace approached me and introduced herself and wanted to make sure that I was well taken care of! I developed an eye infection that neither my primary nor ER doctor could diagnose. I was given eye ointment and sent on my merry way. I woke up the next morning with my eye completely shut and called WCEC in National City and asked if they could see me the same day. No doctors were staffed that day at that location but the receptionist could sense the urgency in my voice and booked me an appt at the El Cajon location that same morning. I arrived and even with a full waiting room I was seen by Dr Patel within 20 minutes after signing in. He diagnosed me and prescribed some antivirals. I healed in a week. He. Is. Magical. Thank you for being so amazing.

I couldn't remember the spelling of one of my medications and the gentleman technician with the dreadlocks and excuse me for forgetting his name, he spoke up and said no problem I can call the doctor's office and have it faxed over. he went out of his way and actually everyone went out of their way to help me and the doctor explained everything and dance and I was very very pleased and I will be telling all my friends about your establishment and thank you so much.
