My experience with Dr. Sambursky and all his staff has been excellent! I cannot thank them enough for the service they provided me. I had my LASIK procedure done on June 14 and the day after, today, I could not be happier with the day after results! 20/15 in my Right Eye and 20/20 in my Left Eye. I said to my mom last night, “I know people do this everyday, but it really is an amazing thing to experience yourself!”.

Recently started going here due to my Dr's retirement. Its not bad, if theyre not hanging up on you, telling you to go see your own prosthesis over 200 miles away. Past 2 people on the phone have not treated me like I was a human. Honestly don't want to come back.

Great friedly staff. I have been debating lasik for a while and finally was convinced to do so. From the initial testing to the surgery everyone was great. The surgery itself was pretty easy, a bit uncomfortable at times but what surgery is?! I woke up this morning a tad blurry like a finger print on glasses, but I could see as far as I could with glasses. Even as a manly machinist, I cried. This changed my life. Thank you to Dr Sambusky and his whole team!!

I cannot say enough great things about this office. From the front desk staff, to the techs, the surgical coordinators, the assistants, and of course the doctor! Everyone was simply amazing. I had the lasik procedure just yesterday. As everyone else- I was nervous. I had someone hold my hand- literally, during the entire procedure. The nurses were amazing- keeping me informed on everything that was happening each minute. I am so thankful I found this place. Highly knowledgeable and caring people. All dedicated to their patients. I will be recommending everyone to come here.

I had LASIK 2.5 weeks ago, and the recovery has been so quick and easy. I cannot believe how well I can see! It's miraculous, and I am elated to have finally gone through with it. It's a feeling I can't describe. I have looked forward to each of my follow-up appointments because it's been such a pleasant experience each time. His staff is professional, jovial, and hospitable. They all seem like they are genuinely happy to be working there, which is reassuring that this is the place I want to be. I'm so glad this office was recommended to me and the one I chose. I recently had Lasik performed by Dr Sambursky. From the consultation process through to the procedure itself, the staff at Sambursky Eye & Esthetics were warm, welcoming, and informative. They answered any of my questions with kindness and are all very knowledgeable in what they do. On the day of the procedure the staff all helped me feel very at ease even when I was super nervous. The Lasik procedure itself was truly amazing, within 24 hours my vision went from 20/400 to 20/15 with very little post procedure discomfort. Hands down would recommend Dr Sambursky and his team for anyone considering Lasik.

As a new patient, the associates were gracious and helpful. I was in very quickly and seen by the Dr. and on my way in less than an hour. The Optician referred me to several glasses styles, and chose wisely for my choice was easy!

I cannot even put into words what a wonderful experience I had with the team at Sambursky. The process could have not been smoother from the time I went in for my initial Lasik evaluation up until the Lasik procedure yesterday. Wilson and Michelle were amazing. I will tell you coming from a person with an extremely high prescription the fact that I am with out pain and can see practically 20/20 the day after surgery is simply amazing. Dr. Sambursky is an amazing surgeon. I’m so happy I had this procedure. I recommend them highly to anyone looking at having Lasik. The new office is beautiful and it also offers a slew of other services such as facials and other esthetics. Check them out. Thank you for improving my quality of life.

This is not a review of Dr. Sambursky who did my Lasik surgery a dozen or so years ago but his staff who will not return calls to customers. I left 2 voice mails with the person who schedules surgeries and it's been more than 2 weeks and no response. I think Dr. Sambursjy needs to have an intervention with his team!

From going and getting a free consultation, to actually getting the surgery itself was all phenomenal. They answered all of my questions and concerns and made me feel very comfortable through it all (the lasik coordinator Wilson Lord was excellent). The surgery itself was virtually painless for me and was not as bad as I thought it would be. My only regret is not getting lasik sooner. Don't cheap out on your eyes and go with Sambursky!

Wilson was great with helping me remember everything with medications, appointments, etc. And everyone else doing the tests - they were all just so on top of their game..so inspiring! There is even a hand holder????❤️ I definitely recommend them, even if you are further away...I regret not doing it sooner. This did not feel like cosmetic surgery for me - it is definitely an improvement to my life. Forever thankful ????

Everyone was very kind and friendly, and the facility is clean and welcoming. I tend to be nervous about any medical procedure, so the one thing that would have made the experience more pleasant and less stressful for me would have been for the doctor to explain what he was doing and what I would be seeing and potentially feeling at each step of the surgery. He did this to a limited extent, but the uncertainty of what was happening during each step caused me to feel more anxious. I did, however, appreciate the surgical assistant(s) counting down and letting me know when each step of the procedure was complete. And the stress ball to squeeze during the surgery was really helpful!
