Everyone was very professional and each knew their job. The doctor was very knowledgeable. Examined my eyes, let me know exactly what was going on with my eyes and what my options were. Received a new prescription . I must mention every one was very kind. Kindness is always at the top of my list. I loved it that they sent me a notice that it was time for my exam because I really had forgotten it had been over a year. Will definitely go back in a year and definitely recommend precision vision to get your eyes examined.

First off, there's plenty parking spaces for this convenient one story office. The spaciousness continues on inside this very nicely decorated office with lots of individual seating. I find this current group of front office staff both professional and pleasant so KUDOS! At the risk of sounding sappy, Dr McGhee is right around the top of the heap of my many caregivers! She's personable, caring, thorough, knowledgeable, practical, and very professional as well. It just doesn't get much better than this! FYI There's a totally separate full service optical shop located at one end of the same (inside) space should you be interested in one stop shopping though I find them rather pricey. Enjoy your appointment!

I been going here last two years, and may 20 this year I when for contact lenses prescription. I go to Costco on 15 June to place order, optical manager was helping me and she said ma~am This is for eye glass presentation . I called and asked to fax contact lenses prescription and received same copies. Called again they told me I was wrong that I never had exam for it. So I explain it to them I paid for the contact lenses prescription and doctors Joshua Jones tell person who was helping him print out contact lenses prescription and I asked him what about eye glass and he told me you still good with what you got. ( just get contact lenses ) then woman told me she is going to email doctor and someone going to call me next day!! Of course I did not get the phone call, I called back on day after and they said someone going to call, yes they did and tell me I never had exam but if I want have to pay $50.00 and schedule it. I asked what about $35.00 I already paid lady than said let me check and call you back. Phone rings less than 5 minutes I answer hello, hello, but she was talking someone else and I say hello, hello, and she said hello, hello, and hang up!! I never had this type of service and very disappointed ☹️ ????????????????????????

She answered all the questions and the woman said she understood and thanked her. The man who came to take me to the back for the first examinations, very nice. Also, very professional, especially as he is trying to pry and keep my eyes open for drops. My new Dr. McCord, very, very nice and professional. I'm glad this link was sent asking about my visit, I was really looking forward to this exam and did get options explained to me, but as a patient care employee of over 20 years, this was one of the worst experiences I have had, they lady who did my eye tests was really good and when she dilated my eyes said I would get shdes given to me when I left. Now 1 machine wasn't working so I didn't get all my test done, no biggie, when I did get in to see Dr Pickard, he did check my eyes and did come up with a new prescription for my eyes ,he did go over all my options and gave suggestions, that was great. The problem i felt like get them in n out, probably definitely less than 10 min visit, fine but when I asked questions about my options felt like it put him out, I felt no friendliness from him, maybe the personality, but made me never want to come back, when I left I never got the glasses for the sun, yeah I should have asked but didn't. To me the receptionist check in n out weren't the friendliest, again the tech who did my exams was awesome so no dish on her, needless to say my drive home sucked with no vision, again my fault for not asking, was really a bad experience extremely disappointed, do hope this post is read
