I was not thrilled by my experience. The doctor was very nice. The exam took less than 10 minutes. But the front staff and the staff that helps you pick out and adjust glasses was very brusque. I felt very rushed and like I did not have enough time to try enough glasses on. I feel they were very brusque because they were annoyed that they would need to sanitize any glasses we touched. They even yelled at my sister for putting a pair of glasses back that she touched but did not try on, even though the instructions were that we needed to sanitize any glasses we tried on. I will go to another optometrist for my next appointment.

The doctors here are friendly and skilled. They use the latest tech to evaluate your eyesight and explain what is going on in easy to understand terms. They are also great with children. They genuinely care about improving your eyesight, rather than making extra money on things you don't need. I initially went to another eye doctor in town, and they diagnosed her with an eye condition that she did not have. The doctors here at Perigo Family Eye Care quickly saw that wasn't the case and gave her a prescription that helped her eyesight tremendously. Awesome experience! Dr. Perigo takes the time to explain everything and gives by far the most comprehensive eye exam ever. I usually go into that thinking it's just mainly an appointment to get glasses but Dr. Perigo takes the time to explain eye health and changes since the last appointment, so I left feeling a little smarter about my health. Highly recommended.

Just moved to Grove City, and needed an eye doctor. I've had many issues in the past with the prescription. My wife had just gone here and she had great things to say. My visit had meet all expectations. The receptionist greeted me when I entered the office. My wait was short and they ran the tests with current tools and gadgets. Next, I meet with the Dr. and we chatted a bit and finished the exam. It was just a really comfortable and nice experience to have, and most important she got my prescription right. Would highly recommend giving Perigo a shot if your looking for a place to try.

I can't wait to get my records transferred elsewhere, I have had numerous bad experiences with the office staff! I received someone else's contacts in the mail, ( they blamed it on the company), never apologized at all, they never called me back about my glasses, I just called to ask for my prescription to be emailed to me and was told they allow at least 1 day for emails! The lady said, "well we are busy and have patients"! Are you serious? It takes a few minutes or less to send an email! Every time I have to call there they are so rude! It's sad because the doctor is super friendly and nice but I just can't take the staff and their nasty attitudes any longer.

I reccomend this eye doctor to everyone. I went in today with broken glasses got my eye exam and my glasses will be ready tomorrow orMonday. Staff is very friendly and attentive. I was done with my exam very quickly. However their selection of frames is very small and they will not help with measurements if you don’t order glasses with them. I can order two pairs of glasses online without insurance cheaper than getting one pair using insurance with them.
