I am going to comment on the customer service we received. Mydallas greeted me as soon as I walked into the office. I felt welcomed and the eagerness to assist me. I explained the reason I came in and she was very understanding and I knew that she would make sure everything will be ok. My brother in law was the patient and he needed me to take him. He is older and doesn't see very well. I explained his situation to Mydallas and she was very keen to make sure I was very satisfied. I also explained that I will need to leave then come back to pick my brother in law, she said ok and I left. She called me and explained what the Dr. said and what I need to do. Amazing, it was like she knew all the answers. I have read the other reviews, they are older and this office has changed. We didn't wait long to be seen by the Dr. I am very pleased with the wait time and extremely happy with Mydallas.

Update: my 8 yr old had an appointment today, they neglected to tell me he needed a referral from his pcp. Now have to waste my afternoon till my doctor can send over a referral. ???????? Two times I had to reschedule this time for a month from today, because the wait was 1.5 both times and waiting with my 3 children was too long. I'm just hoping my son will be seen June 21st

Dr. Kunjal K. Modi very fast consultations. No explain anything. Office very dirty. He doesn’t change his gloves ???? went he has other patients o wash hands. Very unprofessional. 8 people in the writing room in the pandemia 7/20 I has been a client for 7 years doctor Anthony L. is five stars but today was a very bad experience.

Whenever the appointment is, you have to wait for 2 hrs. And today they were not able to retrieve my changed insurance. And no patience to listen to me and rude. After waiting for 3 weeks for the appointment, had to return back disappointed. They need to upgrade their system and service. Would not recommend. Don't even willing to give 1 star.

Very friendly staff. Girls at the reception are the best. Doctor was also very professional and friendly. Detailed exam of my kids eyes. And very fast too. Came in at 9, was waited for 10 minutes to be called in.

The doctors are excellent. But never, never go to the optical shop at Bayonne, NJ. It took them two weeks to make my glasses but with the wrong power on one of the lense. It then took them another week to send me the right lense. But this time one lense had a lighter tint than the other. I am now into week four and still without my glasses. I would have been better off getting my glasses done elsewhere.

The ladies who sit on the front desk are really rude and obnoxious. They don’t know how to treat their patients with care at all. If I were you I’d go elsewhere.

Even with an appointment you have to wait 1.5hrs before the doctor sees you. Understaffed and poorly managed place. The doctors are also running around to get to all patients and rushing as a result. Quality of care is poor I would not recommend this place.

Have to wait 1 1/2 to 2 hours past your appointment time, every time. I came one time as first appointment of the day and waited 25 minutes. I have decided to switch doctors

Over 2 hours here waiting to see doctor. They over book and people, mostly older are forced to wait. Only one eye specialist once a week! Go elsewhere....trust me.

I called to schedule an appointment for an emergency, not routine exam and was able to get an appointment within hours. When I come to the office the front desk clerks say I don’t have an appointment scheduled and asks me to verbally repeat my full name and date of birth with a waiting room of people. I ask for them to double check and Linda states that it was a mistake —— that they forgot to put my appointment in the system. My frustration and anxiety is clearly shown after the unprofessionalism and rudeness is presented towards me. After I sit down, I can hear the front desk clerks talking about me and laughing, stating how I have an attitude when it’s a “courtesy appointment”. I’m already filled with anxiety and concern about my eye problem and have to now listen to unprofessional clerks laughing at me. They admit they made a mistake of not putting me in the system and it clearly was just miscommunication. Regardless of how my attitude is, there is no excuse to make me feel uncomfortable as a patient .. as a customer. Such a negative experience!

Unfortunately all receptionist in jersey City Office needs to be let Go. Professionalism went out to the door. The minute you walk in NO greetings to make you feel Welcome. All their facial expression are all miserable. Then all hell break loose when all of them start arguing & threatening One another in front of all patients. They all Need to be send to training for good manners and right conduct. However, doctors where great. Change of management. Will Help.

I brought my grandmother here last week, we had the sweetest girl prep her with black short hair, her name was a little different I believe its odalys. She was so kind and caring the customer service was superb. My grandmother could not stop talking about her after we left. The rest of the experience was good other staff was friendly and the doctor was great too. The wait was about 30 mins but well worth the wait. Looking to switch over from my eye doctor to this office in the future.

I’ve been a patient of dr Panariello for more than 20 years. This practice has changed so much, for the worst. I just lost a half day work to come to an appt and find out that they do not take my medical insurance after 20 years and having a copy of my insurance card in my file. And doc rau, modi nor the assistant explained in my last visit. What a shame. Dr cervenak and Panariello would treat you like family. Now just another patient.

I've come here with my grandmother, my mother and my parents, all at different times; they've all been seen by different doctors, but have received the same level of professionalism and care by all of them. My only complaint is with the sometimes long wait times to be called in, otherwise it's a great place for getting your eyes checked!

Front desk staff are very unprofessional ladies are very mean and they talking rudely with patients also harassing family that they cannot take them if we dont pay the outstanding 2 years old bill , spoke to billing department they understand the situation very well.

Great doctors, very professional, excellent service. I now live in Florida however every year both my husband and I come to Dr. Paneriello and Dr. Cervenak for our yearly check up. We also purchase contact lenses, regular glasses and sunglasses from them, they stand behind their products. Throughout the years we have been to all of their locations and always received excellent care.

Are you one of those that see things half empty most times or half full??? I myself see things half full and I was very satisfied overall with their service.
