Very professional and courteous take time to listen to me yeah listen to me the only thing I would suggest is the doctors be a little more specific about what your vision is when they do a refraction 20/20 20/20 30 whatever just so people can know just so people can know it's a curiosity but I would urge that. I am no longer apprehensive about going to the eye doctor I'm OK with it they're going to take care of me and I know it

Dr. Bogucki was very informative and never made me feel like I was taking too much time with my questions. Her staff followed up with me to be sure everything was as it should be. I was especially impressed that the doctor gave me her cellphone number incase I had any issues after the surgery. A lot of doctors just tell you to call the office and if it is after hours the physician on call will handle the issue.

I had Pertussis for 6 week; coughed so much that I bled into my OS at 7:20 AM, called at 8:00 AM and Dr Bogucki examined me at 9:20, got me an Appt at 11:20with Dr Kim at Midwest Retina at 11:20. He injected my vitreous by 1:00 PM, and sent me home for blood tosettle. In myopinion, that is moving at .9999 speed of light, even for an eye catastrophe. Thank you!

Dr Mouser is the best. He has been taking care of my eyes for 9 years. I have very serious eye problems and Dr Mouser has done an excellent job treating my condition to give me the best sight possible. Having eye surgery can be very scary. Dr Mouser explained everything he was going to do so well, that I felt less anxiety before my surgery with him than other surgeries I have had with other doctor's.He truly cares for his patients. I rarely wait long for him at my appointment, but if I do have to wait, I know it's because he has a patient that needs urgent care because I have been that patient before. The staff is always kind and professional. The establishment has always been very clean. I highly recommend Dr Mouser to anyone needing an eye doctor.

I recently went to this practice to have my cataracts evaluated. I saw Dr Moses, as he was recommended by my parents, and was impressed with his professionalism, and that he took the time to make sure I understood all the benefits and risks associated with surgery. Both surgeries went well, and I’m amazed at the improvement in my vision. Later I saw Dr Morris for an infection in one eye, and he was great as well. He ran appropriate tests in the office, and did two follow up visits to be sure there were no more problems. I highly recommend them to anyone with eye or vision concerns.

I usually have a hard time with the correct focus. I took a set of glasses from a very respected vision office. I could never wear the glasses even though I tried for two years. I went to Moses-mouser so worried the same thing would happen. I had my previous frames that I couldn’t wear. The first time my focus was off. They redid my vision check and reset my vision placement on the lens. They listened to the problem and remade my lens, no criticism! The opticians did a perfect job and my prescription is perfect and they had no problem with using my frames from another office. I’m so grateful!!!
