Amazing staff that goes the extra mile. I was a tourist with an unexpected, urgent, but not life threatening eye issue. As a tourist, I’m not going to be a long term customer, but they really stepped up when I needed it. I only wish I lived here to give them my future business. Highly recommended.

Switched to Moran Eye Center for glaucoma treatment. Dr. Wirosko worked doggedly to get medications correct. She is excellent and so is the center.

Having skied the Park City area for 35 years, I chose this year to forget my contact lenses back east. I called my opthamologist and they suggested I find a local company where they might fax my prescription. Better than that, the people at Moran offered to call my Dr. and proceeded to discuss helping me with this predicament. I received a prompt call-back and was told to come by anytime before days end to pick-up the lenses they had prepared for me. When I arrived, there on the counter were two boxes of trial lenses with my name on them. I asked how much I owed them and was told, "their trial lenses, no charge." In this day and age to hear something like that is so surprising. What wonderful people with a strong sense of what customer service should be! I highly recommend you check out Moran Eye Center for any eye care needs.

Just received my new prescription from Dr. Ryan. He was really friendly and full of information about eye health. Defiantly my new go to for prescriptions. Also I had a busted old pair of sunglasses. After the appointment they fixed them for free!!!! Thank you for being professional and going above and beyond for making my experience amazing. Defiantly recommend.

Very disappointed, from the moment I walked in I felt as is I was more of a bother than a client. This was the first time I have been to the Moran Eye Center and when I walked in I did not know where to go so I ask a couple of employees that worked there and they just pointed to a desk, nothing said just pointed. The person checking me in did not even acknowledge my existence at first, too busy doing whatever. I was called in shortly and went thru the optical device to see what my new prescription would be, but this was not by the optometrist but by a tech, I am not saying she was not good or actuate by any means but in the 40 years of wearing glasses I have ALWAYS had the optometrist do that portion along with looking into my eyes, which the optometrist did do. Lastly, when I went to leave I asked the front desk person for my PD (Pupillary Distance) and was told that it would be $20.00, I have NEVER EVER had to pay to get my Pupillary Distance (PD) and felt that the only reason they are charging was that I did not purchase eye glasses from them. Which by the way NO ONE ever asked me if I was interested in purchasing any. I have since made an appointment with my prior eye doctor to confirm the information and get my PD even though I will have to pay for it since I am so disappointed with the Moran Eye Center.

I had an unexpected delay in getting back home and had to spend the night in my daily wear contacts. I happened to lose one in the night. I came to Moran Eye Care center looking for a replacement with an email prescription in had. They quickly gave me a lens at no cost. Super pleasant! I couldn’t be more thankful.

The woman I spoke with on the phone was rude and uncaring. She was not willing to accommodate a high risk (for COVID-19) patient. I wish I could give a 0 rating.
