Mom went to doctor was told she had pressure in the eye and needed medicine. Was told that it would be faxed over to the pharmacy, pharmacy never received the fax , called the office numerous times,no one picked up left messages , no one called her back , pharmacy called , left messages no call back , I personally went to the office they have no clue what I'm talking about, told me the system was down and the doctor will not be in till Wednesday. I personally would not recommend this place to anyone. Go at your own risk .
The worst help desk I have ever seen....who never picks up the call, neither return the call if you leave a callback number, it took me 10 calls to get to the appointment scheduling agent who puts me on hold and after I wait for 36 mins the call gets disconnected....the only way you get an appointment is walkin and schedule for a later day The only reason to go to this facility is for the doctors, I wish the facility hires responsible people who do their job diligently
The front desk staff is rude, unprofessional, and unreliable. Got referral here and they never called. Set up appointment online and requested insurance confirmation call and they never called. Called and set up appointment and asked to check insurance and they never did. Called and canceled appointment and they never sent appointment cancellation confirmation. Requested they check insurance again for future consideration as I would likely reschedule soon. They promised they would. Called two months later and they told me I was in-network. When I asked them to make sure because I was never called to confirm this before, they laughed at me and said they don't call insurance companies to confirm I'm in network and they don't actually know. Not one apology. The lady frequently spoke over me, interrupted, and mocked me. Have been hung up on multiple times by the staff. Would not allow me to speak with a doctor.

They give you an appointment but make you wait for ever to be seen. I called before I went to the appointment because I was going during my lunch time, they said it will only take me 45 minuets, I was there for two hours
It's a shame that our medical industry is starting to become more about business than about helping people. Do doctors ask customer service questions any more when they hire for their front desk positions. My brother called to make an appointment for my mother because she has an eye problem. As rude as the lady on the phone was, she gave him an appointment for my mother and made it clear that the only reason why he was able to get this appointment was because someone canceled. Therefore, I canceled all my plans to take my mother to her appointment knowing the eye problem she has and when I went to the front desk, the lady stated she did not have an appointment. I called my brother and he was very angry because the lady put him through hell to get an appointment and now we do have one. The lady at the front desk proceeded to tell me that it might be with another doctor on the 4th floor. I went there and it was not. I asked my brother to call the same number her called to make an appointment while I was there and the office phone rang, and the front desk told him no there's no appointment. I then asked the lady to make another one for my mom because it's very important to get her eye checked. She took her ID and insurance card put all the info she needs then told me the next available appointment will be in January. As much as I wanted to be disrespectful, she was not worth it, as it's clear the patients she suppose to help are not worth it for her to find away to help them. Doctors now look for people that can process the insurance claim faster than help the people. It's a shame!
Absolutely unprofessional, booked an appointment long time back for my father and they sent thousands of emails of confirmation, and then one day before calls me and inform that the doctor doesn’t take last appointments, what nonsense is that. Educate the people who takes appointments. People rely on the given appointments.

Dr. Pruzon is awesome! But FRONT DESK is HORRIBLE. I signed in and waited in the waiting for over an hour. Because they never called me, I had to go to the reception desk (1) to find out the status of my appointment and (2) if they needed my new insurance information for verification.

But staff over there not help full , I did call multiple times about my parents Rx ( Precision ) copy to email, fax or mail to us .. been waiting for there more then 2 months , I told them we moved so we can’t stop by still waiting..!! after I called again for reminding them yesterday they said they will email to me after 5 pm it’s more then 24 Hr. Still waiting..!! I feel so Terrible I try to help my parents for new glasses she lost her glasses but I Can’t..!!
I was in a lot of pain due to a cornea abrasion, the front desk got me in even though they were booked solid and I had no appointment. The front desk is brash but they're busy. The ophtalmologist was terrific, really great bedside manner. He was kind and gentle. I'm glad I've found a local eye doctor.
Dr. Rai is awesome! I woke up one Monday morning with extreme pain in my eye. My normal eye care office was closed on Mondays, and I'm glad they were - if not I would have found this place. Again, I can only speak for Dr. Rai, but she is very thorough, kind and personable, and informative. She was able to tell me what was going on with my eye and the proper care and steps to take (I had a bad ulcer growing on it) in a way that made me feel cared for and not worried that my vision would ultimately be affected, which is great when you're a hypochondriac like me. I am happy to say I found my new eye doctor!
Dr. Walzman performed cataract surgery in both my eyes with great success. Have been seeing him for several years now and would highly recommend him and have already referred 3 friends. Gives great eye exams and takes the time to answer any questions.

Terrible!!! I went to my appointment in Jersey City office only to find out it was canceled after getting an appointment confirmation 2 days before prior my scheduled appointment. Travelled for over an hour, canceled my afternoon meetings and waited for a month for this schedule for NOTHING!!! They totally wasted my time!!! Very unprofessional!!
Horrible wait time ,minimum hour. Got my chalizion treated by two doctors over 8 months, with one injection and one surgery. I am still back to the waiting room .
Dr Constad’s diagnosis of my condition didn’t help me at all. He told me I can wear my contacts again and it made my eyes worse. I went to another doctor in secaucus and he told me I had giant papillary conjunctivitis as well as dry eye. I was told not to wear contacts for a while. But, Dr constad himself didn’t inform me about these conditions. He seemed very rushed and had misdiagnosed me. The doctor in secaucus helped me with my current condition and now I’m doing well again. Do not go to Hudson Eye and DO NOT SEE DR. CONSTAD! In response to Dr. Constad: Doctor if you remember, you gave me prescription drops and told me that I can wear my contacts after a few days. If anything the drops never helped because I shouldn’t have worn contacts at all until my condition got better. If you also remember, I came back because my right eye was twitching still and you should’ve know it was from GPC. All you told me to do was take vitamin e and warm compress if I recall. But, you never ever told me to stop wearing contacts during my 2nd visit! Look up the records. During my second visit you seemed rushed and not very informative. So I needed a second opinion and this doctor informed to not wear contacts at all and gave me drops. He also made sure I had follow up appointments unlike you. It took months for me to get better and now I’m happy. For those who visit, please be aware of how he’s in a rush to leave. Sorry for the negative review, but during my 2nd visit I was unhappy. There’s no disinformation given here, you disinformed me!
First time being here and this place is a mess. The staffs are really rude and not organized. The waiting time is more than an hour plus dilation eye check etc etc. So don't even think about coming here if you have a work day or a child to take care of. Think twice before you come in here
This place is terrible. I wouldn't go there, with so many places in the area. I wanted to try something new but it was a mistake. Go to Cohens instead.
Staff was very caring and helpful. Doctor was very caring and helped me to be calm and relaxed.
Overall service was excellent From the front desk to Dr. Schneider. A very pleasant experience. Would highly recommend this office
Had a very bad experience with a receptionist at my visit. She charged on my health insurance instead of VSP. Health insurance gave more money then VSP. I called twice them but no callback or reply. When I visited second schedule one, she really very rude. Instead of correcting she arguing because my health insurance already paid big amount. if she change billing then VSP only giving small amount so she refused. BAD EXPERIENCE.
I was scheduled for surgery today November 29th at 10:00 a.m. everyone that greeted me from Jennifer , Charmaine the anesthesiologist Dr Patel Gaurav and of course my surgeon Dr Majmuda Palak we're very kind respectful ourteous and treated me with dignity. I felt no pain no uncomfortable feeling during the procedure. Before I left they explained everything to me made sure that I was feeling okay before I went home . This is how a medical team should always treat their patients. I thank them truly, and here's the bonus a half an hour after I left they called me to make sure I was home and safe.God Bless you all.
Do not go , I made my reservation in person and I get card with my appointment time and date two and half month and I went in schedule day on the time. It was surprising that i didn't have any appointment, I have to reschedule another appointment It was disappointing to me I came from my work and I took 3 hours off then they told me no appointment, it's not my fault they didn't enter to there system , totally not good management, and also no one answer the phone , go to anther physician it will be better than Hudson Eye
