I am compelled today to leave a few comments regarding the practice of Dr. Howard Weiss, MD. It is truly a pleasure being a patient of Dr. Weiss. I have experienced visiting a plethora of doctors over the years. Having fought cancer. I can honestly say my Dr. & hospital visits are too numerous to count. Dr. Weiss’s practice is one of the best. He removed my cataracts 3 years ago with spectacular results. My past 2 visits for a minor eye problem have been a great experience; not only with Dr. Weiss, but with his professional & super friendly staff. It is obvious that everyone enjoys working for him and they seem to sincerely care for their patients. Dr. Weiss is to be commended for creating an atmosphere of excellence in his office. I have never written a letter of praise regarding my many Dr. visits over the years, but today I must. A huge thank you is just not enough. Sincerely, William H. Eppard, Jr.

Dr Weiss has been treating me and my wife for over ten years. His earliest intervention was the diagnosis and treatment of my wife’s sudden case of “closed angle glaucoma”. His approach was calm and reassuring, and the problem was resolved almost immediately. Dr Weiss sent her home with his private contact number in hand. “Just in case.” That level of care and support has been consistent over the years as we age (and he doesn’t). He has been reliably insightful about our reluctance to take the bigger leaps of treatment, and courteously willing to accept the delays imposed by fear and pandemic disease. Dr Weiss — and his organization — are exemplars of the medical profession. It has been and will continue to be a pleasure to attend this practice.

Dr. Weiss is an excellent surgeon. My wife and I had cataracts in each eye. He carefully explained the options, and was very thorough explaining everything and answering all our questions, so that we each were at ease and had full faith in Dr. Weiss for all the surgeries. His knowledge and his calm demeanor were very reassuring and all 4 operations were completely successful with zero complications. Dr. Weiss was very caring throughout including follow up calls and visits. My wife and I both recommend him with absolutely no reservations.

Dr. Howard Weiss is an excellent surgeon, before my surgery my vision was very poor, now I can see without my glasses. He is very polite, very soft spoken and listen attentively to your problems.
