I love it here. When I go in for appointments I barely have to wait to be called back. I've seen Dr. Boone in the past and the last couple years I've seen Dr. Rowe. They're both excellent! Dr. Stephanie Rowe is seriously one of the sweetest people you'll ever meet!

Called and made appointment for both of my kids, gave them all my insurance info and waited 2 weeks for the appointment. My son's glasses broke and I was really counting the days so I could order his new glasses. Check the kids out of school early, husband took the day off to be there also. When we got there they said I could pay cash, I told them I have insurance and I already gave them all the info over the phone. They said they don't take my insurance and acted like it was my fault. Never even said sorry. Big waste of our time! Never again!

Family Focus is AMAZING the staff are polite and friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. They can solve almost any problem and know a lot about their profession. I HIGHLY recommend coming here, they are certainly one of the best in the business. I know that a lot of people think that the employees are rude but those people have obviously never seen what they have to deal with, I’ve seen people come in all hysterical and give them unreasonable attitudes and I’ve also seen the employees try their hardest to solve the problem and keep their temper, they work hard every day and do not deserve to be treated badly for something that they have no control over.

These people can't be any worse than North Florida Eye Care. Wish I had gone here instead. North Florida employees call patients half their age, "Honey, Babe, Sweetheart" etc. So disrespectful. They never return your phone calls, either. Went all weekend with an eye infection because they couldn't be bothered to call in a prescription after already seeing me in Live Oak. Lake City office is no better. Am still waiting for glasses ordered many months ago. Next time, I'll go with Family Focus.

Just walked out after waiting 45 minutes for scheduled appointment. Clerk Ashley very rude, not aware of customer service at all, felt she was more important that the customer. Will go elsewhere from now on. Have been going there for more than 10 years!

I arrived early and was able to be seen right away. Everyone was very patient and Dr. Rowe was very nice and helpful with finding a correct prescription. Also the lady at the glasses counter was super helpful at finding a great glasses frame.

They do not take staywell insurance failed to tell me this until I got there after waiting 20 days for appointment daughter lost glasses and still no glasses

Awoke with blurred vision one eye, called, got appointment to be worked in. Doc Rowe was super ,along with the Tech. Could not ask for a better team. I had infection of coraea.

Went into this location needing help with my glass's they helped and didn't even charge me to fix the glass's, what a wonderful staff.

I have been going to Dr. Avonda for many years and was so sorry he was leaving, but now he's back for 1 day per month and I am so glad. He is professional, kind, and listens. I was almost ready to go to Alachua to see him, but so very glad he's back in Live Oak if only periodically. Don't know why the name is Robert Snyder, I am Barbara Snyder who sees Dr. Avonda

On 8/8/2013 my brother had a eye exam at Family Focus Eye Care in Live Oak,Fl. On 8/9/2013 He paid in full the $483.00 for his glasses. We were assured that the glasses would be back in 7-10 days. Later that same day ,my brother was hospitalized at Gainesville Shands in Gainesville,Fl.When the 10 days were up, we called to check on his glasses. They stated they aren't here. We called again and were told that they would call when they had the glasses there.On 8/28/2013 they called said they had them for pick-up. My brother passed away on 8/29/2013. I returned the glases,they only refunded $127.00 .and stated that it was unfortunate that he only had them for 1 day,yet he never got to wear them.This company is not a customer service care business,therefore I wouldn't recommend it or the office in Lake City both are connected. They should be a bit more understanding and honor their time frames as given to their customers.
