Recently visited for a tiny piece of metal that was stuck in my eye. I was able to get a last minute appointment, which was great and really helped me out. Staff was very friendly and was able to get me checked in right away. Facility is large and I would imagine they could handle any eye issues onsite. I was examined by Dr. Aimee Verner, who was both professional and friendly. She was able to get all the metal out of my eye and prescribe the necessary eye drops. If you’re having eye issues and are looking for a polite and professional staff, Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado is the place. Very satisfied with my visit.

Beware of "hidden" charges! I was a new patient and made an appointment, but found a better place for less and canceled the appointment 3-days in advance of the appointment. I never signed any paperwork, filled out any paperwork, yet they took it upon themselves to charge me the for appointment that "never" happened. I know that this is consumer fraud. I tried to resolve the matter with them and they got nasty and told me that they have a policy. I remind them that I never agreed to this (questionable fee) verbally or in written form. I plan on taking legal action against the company if the "billing" continues and damages add up.

I met with Dr Noble at the Longmont location. He was clear, concise, friendly, (to both me and staff), and clearly wanted to wait and move cautiously, even going so far as to discuss things with another surgeon, before making any decisions. This is by definition how health care should feel.

My 13 year old needed to see a retinal specialist. She was terrified about getting her eyes dilated and all of the staff were super kind and amazingly patient with her. They comforted her through fears, and were very kind from the moment we walked in the door until we left. I enjoy the professionals when I get to see them, but making an appointment is very frustrating. You can have them call back by filling out an on-line form, but the turnaround is around 24 h. and you better have your calendar with you. You can call and wait about five minutes while listening to scratchy music and advertisements, then they tell you your place in line and give you an opportunity give them your phone number for them to call you back, but you better be sitting by the phone and pick up on the first ring, or you're out of luck. It takes about six months to get a contact lense fitting done. Worst part is they never have the lenses that I'm to try out. Then, they never call when they have the lenses in. Other times, I've come to pick them up after they called me and then they're the wrong ones or they don't have them. Last, I feel like everyone is double booked and rushed. I would recommend going elsewhere. I think I will after I get my contact lense fitting done. This place is all about making money.

Dr. Mansi Parikh, M.D. - has a great bedside manner and I believe she is quite qualified professionally. She is treating me for Glaucoma. There is no cure but she is treating it to try to slow it down as much as possible. I would recommend Dr. Mansi Parikh.

Update - After an less than cordial experience with the billing department, I was pleasantly surprised with the care and outreach from the center to correct the issue. As well as taking steps to ensure that is corrected for the future to make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. They were very nice and professional. I was not asked to update my review or rating, but felt it was only appropriate so that way my review accurately reflects the company.

Dr. Tilton and his staff were able to get me in for an emergency appointment the same day I called. I was able to get my examination and treatment completed within less than two hours without waiting. Everyone involved was courteous, helpful and efficient. Dr. Tilton was thorough in explaining my condition and treatment, and my condition has improved completely. I am very appreciative.

Dr Sheth is professional and seems to be genuinely concerned with my eye health. For the last several years, she has been keeping a close eye on my cataracts, but has never aggressively pushed surgery. until now. I trust her opinion and have consultation for surgery scheduled.

I really enjoyed my experience at Eye Care Center of Northern Colorado. I struggled a bit with some eye drops during my appointment and Tim was super nice and caring about it. He even offered to give me some water which was nice. Everyone was courteous throughout the appointment from the front desk person checking me in to the person who helped me order some trial contacts at the end. Dr. Burton was great as well and I appreciate her thoughtful disposition and explaining everything to me. I would overall recommend this clinic to anyone.

Very disappointing experience. I called on a Tuesday to schedule a cataract appointment and got a call back Wednesday morning. I missed the call and left 3 more messages but no one ever got back to me after 3 days. Shocking that there is no one to available schedule cataract appointments - would not waste my time trying.

From my friendly greeting and help at the front desk by Ronda Borrego to all the different staff members that took care of me, I was made to feel comfortable and relaxed through all the questioning and testing. I went here for a glaucoma check and they found that I had nothing to worry about. So good news always makes me happy! The Eye Care center is the place to go for advanced eye testing and issues. Their testing capabilities are extensive. I felt well cared for.

The cataract surgery was fine. The follow-up appointments, however, were atrocious. At my first follow-up, I was left waiting for over an hour with no explanation. After I left, the doctor called to apologize using an elaborate story that, if true, violated HIPAA rules. The remaining appointments were about the same, but with the doctor telling me what I was experiencing in my eyes was wrong and impossible - without even looking at my eyes. If all you want is decent surgery, this is the place. If you want great surgery, great service, and to be treated like an actual human being, go somewhere else.

I came into the facility last Thursday wearing my mask to be told it mask was not compliant because it had a vent. A M95 mask is medically approved and used in hospitals and they are vented. I suppose an office can make their own rules. They offered me a self-made mask which did not fit me correctly, too small. I continued to wear my self-purchased mask but was reprimanded in the hallway by Rhonda, front desk personal, who stood less than 3 feet away, for not wearing their mask. I must follow the offices social distancing but employees can ignore the policy while chastising me for a vent in my mask. I felt it was handled very unprofessionally. The encounter occurred in a hallway with people overhearing. I didn’t appreciate the embarrassment it caused me. I was being responsible in wearing my mask and physical distancing and didn’t deserve that treatment. I recommend you call this office and make sure your mask is up to their rules and regulation before going in there. I appreciate the need to keep people safe, but I felt her actions were unwarranted as well as hypocritical.

Sat and waited for an hour and a half to get into my appointment. The assistants were great but Dr Meyer was AWFUL. Condescending and didn’t listen to anything I was saying. In my 51 years, the WORST patient-doctor situation I have been in. If you go to this eye care center, see anyone but him. He’s AWFUL. Feel sorry for whomever he goes home to an night, but doubtful he goes home to anyone at all since he’s such a complete jerk. I wasted my time, and now have to go to another doctor, because I got nothing out of my appointment, and left untreated

So disappointed in this place. My husband had 2 surgeries in one eye and was making payments from the deductibles. The Dr. convinced my husband to get cataract surgery on his other eye. We drove from Greeley to Longmont and they told us we had to pay the remaining balance we owed. It was only $1000. He asked if he could pay half now and then pay the rest with his next paycheck. They refused to work with us. We paid a lot to this place. Shame on them for being greedy.

Came to an appointment with my partner today. Was checked in by the door greeter Temps ok, he let us in. The receptionist was extremely rude. She informed us that they would be keeping our credit card on file. When I questioned her about it she did not want to discuss it and became very defensive. She also told me that it is above her pay grade to discuss or deal with this question and gave me a the business managers card. Told me to call them. Then after being in the building for 15 minutes I was told that I could not accompany my partner to the appointment. I think we all understand COVID restrictions by now but why was my temp taken in the first place and let in. FYI I have had a COVID test this week which is probably more than their employees can say.. Obviously their is a lack of common sense here. Most likely no one will read this but I wish this receptionist nothing but the best, she deserves whatever comes her way. FYI she has purple hair ????? Friday 9/4

Excellent care with my two cataract surgeries. 5 stars for Dr Mansie Parikh. She is wonderful and caring ,a true professional. The optical dept not so much. Tammie, how could you sell me and send me out the door with new glasses that clearly did not fit. After 2 weeks of sliding down my nose and hanging off my face I decided to return them. After many years at ECC and four pairs of previous pairs of eyeglasses did you not bother to look at my records and fit me with proper sized frames. Hassle to return and then wait two more weeks for new pair that fit me. Worst in this is nobody takes responsibility for anything. Big disappointment. ????

For all of you who might have been inconvenienced with a delay or a rescheduling of your appointment, I want to apologize to you. This team of doctors is the best! I have now been through at least 12 emergency retinal procedures, two emergency retinal detachments, two cataract surgeries, and two YAG procedures. I can see ONLY because of the skill and care of these physicians and their staff. I thank God every day for my sight and these caring professionals who have dropped everything many times to help me. I know that you will get the same care, because they care. You are in GREAT hands at the Eye Care Center of N CO. I am living proof.

I need to visit once a year, for a checkup on my medical condition and to renew my contact prescription. Every year they give me a hard time about scheduling both of these on the same day. I make a trip 45 minutes each way, and have a young child that I need to arrange care for. It doesn’t make sense to have to come 2 separate days. I found out they do this so they can get better reimbursement from my insurance. Upon finding this out, I offered to pay out of pocket, if it would save me from making multiple trips. I have paid out of pocket the last 2 years, but this year I was told they refuse to let me make both of my appointments on the same day. When someone is paying out of pocket for your services, what’s wrong with letting them schedule 2 appointments in the same day?!

Zero stars if I could. I tried making an appointment Friday as a new patient. The lady that picked up the call was the rudest person I've ever met. Very exasperated during the entire call, lots of "ughs" as if I was torturing her by asking her if I could make an appointment. Lots of blunt "what?!" When I tried to ask a question or kindly correct her since she got some of my important info wrong. She wouldn't even look in the calendar to see if they could take me. Instead she said she would call me later after getting all my insurance and personal info. She never called me back. I don't know how people can get past her. I had an eye emergency and was still kind enough to tell her I could be seen later in the week but apparently me having an emergency and still being flexible was draining her of politely doing her job or even referring me to somewhere else since they were "too busy for me". I'd rather drive two hours to my old ophthalmologist- which I am- than actually see this lady or have to hear her clearly hating her job. Word of advice to whoever I talked to- customer service isn't for you, not for patient care. I have no desire to call back or see any doctors there. I imagine many future patients are lost to this center due to the rudeness of this lady. And I'm sure the doctors are amazing. It's a shame.

I saw Dr. Meyers because my eyes were usually full of tears for no emotional reason. He explained the structure of the tear ducts very clearly, and he treated me for blocked tear ducts. The procedure was successful, and I have had very little excess tearing since the visit. He prescribed at-home measures to take to prevent recurrence, which have so far been successful. I enjoyed meeting Dr. Meyers, who is friendly and personable.

Dr Krone is not your common optometrist. In his practice, he demonstrates remarkable skills that are intertwined with compassion, patience, and humbleness. The Eye Care Center is great. I have Keratoconus and Dr Krone has been helping me get comfortable lenses with crystal clear vision for years. The entire staff is very courteous. I highly reccomend Eye Care Center. Especially if you have any kind of complex issue with your vision or eyes in general.

I never had any problems with the staff or the service. They really helped after my car accident and checked for glass and damage to my eyes. I have been with the eye care center since I was a little girl and needed them. It was a small clinic back then!

The doctors and assistants are very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. However, dealing with the red tape of this place is ridiculous. You have to wade through a telephone system that takes 5 minutes just to get someone, you cannot leave a direct message for your doctor or their assistant. Even when they have called you and ask you to call them back. An issue that would be cleared up with a 3 minute conversation is now going on 3 days. Crazy. Also, the musical chairs you play going from one area to another is insane. Especially in this COVID era. I went to about 6-7 different areas for my appointment all over the building and had to deal with 6 different people. Why? Totally inefficient and not very safe. Unfortunately, I need to see a specialist here, otherwise I would never come back.
