This is why it is so important to have a qualified, professional and personable doctor at the head of your surgical team. Doctor Wolff is that Doctor. He and his staff are amazing! They are quick and efficient while still making you feel as comfortable as you can feel before surgery. They listened to my concerns and helped me through it with gentle hands. This office abuses their patients by scheduling them too close to each other without regards to how long they have to wait. First visit we waited for two hours and had to leave before seeing the doctor. Doctors should not put financial gain ahead of patients.

Just today, I called Dr. Wolff's office as a new patient, to schedule an appointment for a painfully watery eye, also causing bad headaches that I've had for over 4 weeks. The receptionist was very rude, uncaring and definitely unconcerned, even after telling her that there was a history of glucoma, emacular degeneration & cataracts in my family . It is so very sad that office help just don't care, and end up giving the doctor a bad reputation because of their attitude and carelessness. I could be blind by the time it would take for me to get in to see Dr. Wolff, by what his receptionist quoted to me! Very sad!

I started my relationship with the Sierra Nevada Eye Center about 3.5 years ago after switching from another practice that I was dissatisfied with. My issue is glaucoma. Dr Wolff did a baseline analysis and put me on an eye drop therapy which has proved effective with no negative issues.
