She was very patient in making sure we got the correction for updating my glasses. Dr. Friedman is great a well. Was a 1st time patient in October. Dr was running min 45 min late for an 8:30am appt. Then I had to sit in room and wait, then do to the time, having to wait for pictures and Drs lateness, tech was unable to do my Field Vision Test. I rescheduled for a later date and now they want another copay even though I was told since it was offices error and running so late there would not be a copay for today's visit. Front desk not so nice, clinical staff extremely friendly and professional.

I am sitting here right now still waiting to see a doctor: my appointment was at 1:50pm; it is now almost 3pm and I was told it would be at least another 30 minutes! So I'm waiting 1 hr and 40 minutes and possibly even more.Just not acceptable! I have no choice now but to wait. They should not schedule so many patients if there is going to be a wait like this.

The medical staff seems competent. They seem to be able to take you in at your appointment time, However Long waits between stations for a routine exam. The wait to work ratio is about 4:1. The whole process take about 1hr. while the actual working time is about 10-15 min. including the registration process. This is not desirable, but normal for a bigger practice. The part that give them a "0" was their billing and claims department. They tried to bill me over what the EOB indicated. and was not willing to explain why they have a higher amount. They give me a bogus excuse of "you saw a specialist" (for a routine eye exam?) and they also told me that I was responsible for it regardless of what the EOB said(need to check that out with the AG). They also threaten to send my now inflated(300%) bill to the collection agency if I don't pay them the whole amount. They were not willing to give me an accounting of their claim in order for me to reconcile the difference between what they think they need to collect and EOB. I could not able to resolve this simple billing issue and had to result to file complains with the BBB and Maryland Attorney General, HEAU.

Prior to my last visit for eye surgery check up, I waited 2 hours. Finally I had to cancel and make new appointment a week later. Not knowing if I should stop drops or not. I asked to call me with reply to drops issue. They did. If I was called back to wait in room before seen by doc, it is typically another 1/2 hour. I was out of patience and time. I don’t think anyone should have to wait that long in any office. But after surgery, I would think a person should be seen in a timely manner. On the other hand, next appt. no one was waiting and I was seen on time. (2 people to be seen)

This displays an utter disregard for my time and the arrangements most people need to make to see a doctor during business hours. DO NOT GO HERE.

I was sent to this practice to have a glaucoma test. They could not do it on the first appointment since they dilated the pupils before doing the test, second attempt, left eye seemed off, come back for one eye and the wait is unbelievable. The appointment with Dr. Jun was fine as always. However, the "efficient" checkin was anything but welcoming and took so long that I had to get a chair to complete it (I can't stand for very long). .It seems that the only reasons for it are to improve the practice's record keeping and to assure its finances. Certainly not to enhance the patient's experience. Why can't we be treated pleasantly by a human being, as in the past??
