I have only been a Dr Frank patient for 2 years but he is one of the best specialists there is! He takes his time with every patient and is never in a rush to get to the next patient! Dr James is truly the best. A Physician who is honest and Knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone. We’ve been to countless “Specialist” that would sell a new investigational Therapy that promises to cure Diabetic Retinopathy, Dr James was the only person who said honestly. Just save what you have and leave it alone. And because of that advise i am able to see A little out of the eye I took his advise and left my eye alone.

Been a patient of Dr Frank for 18 years. He takes time to explain every procedure thoroughly. Most of my years with him were spent with him keeping a close watch on one eye to avoid a detachment like I already experienced after cataract surgery. His diligence kept me from having a full-blown detachment for 15 years, which was quite an accomplishment since I am very high risk. He recently operated on the eye he had been watching. So far, vision is slow to return, but he is pleased with how the retina is looking.
