I went to another eye group before finding Dr. Hwang and wish I came to him sooner. Not all ophthalmologists are created equal and you need to find one experienced in treating your specific eye condition. If you have Graves Disease and experiencing issues from T.E.D. he’s definitely the provider you need to see. He’s patient, does not rush my visits, and takes the time to clearly explain any questions I have.

Dr. Hwang performed an external DCR for me this January. He was careful and thorough with his diagnosis. He explained the condition and procedure to me carefully, answering all questions and even responding to my follow-up written questions in his own handwriting. I've had a wonderful outcome and no issues at all. I recommend Dr. Hwang to you if you ever have any issues with your tear ducts or associated conditions. I am happy I selected Dr. Hwang for my condition. His staff and the people at the surgery center are all very professional and kind as well.

I went to Dr Hwang after a terrible experience with another group. I had a basal cell on my lower eyelid and on my first visit explained everything and totally put me at ease about what I was facing. My mohs surgery was more extensive than what he expected and he worked his magic and reconstructed my eyelid so well that most people can not tell I had surgery. I can not say enough positive things about Dr Hwang and his talent. His staff was very kind and helpful, as was everyone with the group that I dealt with. I would definitely use him again if needed and would recommend him to others.
