Went to cumberland eye for my appointment and i was just under 15 minutes late. The reception desk told me i was too late. The doctor had another appointment in 15 minutes. Everytime I went their before the wait to see the doctor was 30 to 45 minutes after my appointment time. next openings were two month later. She was so rude, never go back there again!

The staff was very rude and the doctor was very dismissive of my problem. After many appointments with no good results I’m done with this place. I’m seeing a new eye doctor now who was great at adjusting my prescription. He also identified an eye problem I had that wasn’t detected here.

I saw Dr. Michael Santos since, I was having issues with my contact lens prescription for the last few years. I tried on the prescription Dr. Michael prescribed and I am in love with it!! I can actually go back to wearing contact lens without headaches! Overwhelmed with Dr. Michael Santos service. He is amazing!! Thank you Dr. Michael! You Rock!!
