Very unprofessional, rude staff. Belinda & Lindsey specifically. Dr put a hold on contacts to send to a specialist WHICH we have already been to!! They just wouldn’t accept our insurance so we have to go this route. They didn’t want that specialists records. Forcing us we us to start BACK over. (Which we don’t have time for) sThey never answer the phone. ( or call directly back) we do not recommend this place. We will b paying for Scleral contacts out of pocket because Chattanooga eye care has a bigger brain when it comes to knowing he doesn’t need surgery.

Lazy (poor communication), unprofessional optical department - Samantha in particular. Not notified of backorder and numerous delays with contact lens supplier. When questioned, argumentative and uncaring about leaving the patient without needed lenses or answers. One month of waiting and still no lenses. Of positive note, other staff were fine.

Very disappointed. They cancelled my first appointment and rescheduled without explaining. Gave them my insurance coverage but when I got to their clinic I was told I was "out of network" and would have to work any reimbursement myself. I cancelled and went home to find an "in network provider". The first in network provider that came up on my insurance was none other than Cumberland Eye Care. Don't know about their medical staff but the competence of their admin leaves much to be desired.
