I went to my 2-year appointment this morning. The eye clinic staff were very nice and helpful, and the building was very clean and quiet. The eye doctor even urged me a ton to get some glasses with my new prescription because they would be nice to have, even if they're needed infrequently.

I showed up early to my appointment with Dr. Puk only to be told I would not be seen for at least 60 minutes later than my SCHEDULED time. This wouldn't have been an issue had they called me to let me know. Instead I left work early for no reason. Will now use this time to find another Dr

I was blown away at how smooth, painless and stress free my recent LASIK surgery was with Dr. Petrie. I was incredibly impressed with Dr. Petrie and his staff. They made me feel extremely comfortable and ensured I was taken care of and well informed throughout the whole process. The results speak for themselves, I woke up the next morning with 20/15 vision! The doctors office is good but when you try calling you get put on hold for what seems like forever or u just hang up and try again and when you do get someone they’re rude to you! this is not just from one experience this is from several experiences!

Dr. Perrier was great and i have my sight back in my right eye thanks to him and his surgical team. I lost my sight due to a severe cataract. I could not see at all out of my right eye. His office staff, and the staff at Saritori hospital were the best. Thanks for returning my life style.

They called Department of human services on me because they don't answer the phones when you try and make a appointment. My daughter had eye surgery with Dr. Miller by the way treatment as if your stupid if you don't know their terms used and I've attended all my appointments, my daughter Adria Wilson, and I have had glasses with them and I decided after so many changes in glasses that I didn't want another pair. They told DHS MY DAUGHTER MIGHT GO BLIND BECAUSE I DIDN'T GET THE OTHER PAIR OF GLASSES BUT, MIND YOU THE GLASSES SHE'S HAD WERE NEVER A ISSUE AND WERE PERFECTLY FINE. THIS IS HARASSMENT. ALL PEOPLE HAVE A CHOICE AS TO WHAT DR THEY SEE AND IF THEY DO OR DO NOT WANT YOUR SERVICES. PERIOD I'M HORRIFIED AT THIS IGNORANCE FROM THIS PLACE!

They made my 6yr old grandson wait almost an hour before he was seen. I asked if there was some type of “emergency “ and was that why they were running late. I was told no, at first they started to give the standard excuses, then told them I worked in healthcare and know they are over booking and that I realized that it was not their fault. That it is the fault of the management and physicians for profit. They then agreed that it was over booking and that they have no control.

I LOVE Dr. Johnson and all of the girls in the Cedar Falls office. However, my last two times speaking with the ladies at the Waterloo office was horrible. They were incredibly rude! What happened to customer service and kindness. Annette is not very personable and seems to be frustrated with having to speak to anyone.

First experience with Dr Petrie was at out of town clinic, I was referred to him by another optometrist and after my eye exam Dr Petrie asked if I could go to his office in Waterloo lafter that day because I needed a procedure performed . He had found that I needed to have a laser procedure done to repair damage he had discovered during my eye exam. There were no delays when I arrived to be seen. He discovered. More damages during that eye exam , repaired my eye and scheduled a follow up. My experience was informative and professional . The experience was pleasant and I received great service from the receptionists to the exams and to the scheduling staff . I would recommend this business to anyone needing a thorough eye exam .

I recently had Laisik done to correct a very high near sighted prescription and also astigmatism in my left eye. I can now see great without contacts or glasses so I have been very pleased with the outcome. Dr. Petrie explained everything very well and made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire process. Virtually no downtime and only very minor discomfort which only lasted a few days. Highly Recommend!

I got my mother to the clinic by 2:15 For a 2:30 appt. We left the clinic at 5:45 pm. Dr. Puk is wonderful. Very happy with the eye appt. I am not very happy that we were there for that long.
