Doctor Louw performed cataract surger on both my eyes recently, and I was very happy with the results. The waiting time to have this work done is unfortunately very long because there are only three surgeons doing that work in all the Kootenays. The people who complain about the staf must have been to a different office or are just chronic complainers

Sat in the waiting room for an hour & a half, only to be told by VERY RUDE STAFF that I would have at least another 2 hours to wait.....forget that....I left....won't be going back. Having been in waiting rooms to see various different Doctors, I have never found any staff as rude as these....especially the older lady who takes books the appointments ( she needs to get a job that doesn't involve customer service, as she has NONE)
