The doctors are great. They were kind, helpful, and informative. However I find that one the staff ladies in the back (frame area) is partially bias as to who is with the patient. I came in with my mom because she needed to get some new glasses, I was not allowed to accompany her to look at new frames, while another mother, trying on frames for herself, was allowed to bring her 2 kids in while I was not allowed in! Even after she left I was not permitted to enter. The lady who told me I could not go in was so aprehensive about it I seemed that was the only thing she cared about! Also, she did not stand 2m apart when trying to tell me to get out. What is the point of having me leave for "social distancing protocol" when you are standing right up in my face?! Overall, I would recommend this place for getting glasses, eye checkups, or really anything else.

The Dr is very precise and really easy to talk to . All the staff are super sweet n helpful.they showed me my ex rays and explained my exam results. They have a huge selection of glasses for prescription plus sunglasses . I definitely recommend this place :) I will be going back .

My grandson has been a client for 4 or 5 years and he loves going there as well and getting teased by the warm and friendly staff; and Dr. DemarchI treats him with respect and kindness too throughout his eye exams.

Just took my senior parents to have exam and purchase glasses. The Dr (Zorn) was amazing--she took time to get my mom and dad the very best superscription on their new glasses she could, as she was patient, explained everything, and has an excellent rapport with seniors. The staff from the receptionist, the eye exam girl to the one who helps with the lenses are all warm, caring and truly helpful. The office was very busy but we never felt rushed, and the fact that they create the lenses in house is fast and efficient as well as economical--it was worth the drive from Creston!

I walked in the doors of this place and thought it was a nice place. Within a couple of minutes I realized that these doctors and staff have some of the worst attitudes Ive encountered in a professional setting.

Don't waste your time to look for glasses if you don't have an appointment, they don't even let you in. I only wanted to look at different glasses options without touching anything and I couldn't. It doesn't make sense. Why can I try clothes on, but not glasses?

Went in to look for a new pair of glasses when I had a spare minute in Cranbrook. After a discussion at the front desk about how it was quite a few years since my last eye exam (which I was aware of before coming in) I was informed that the dispensary would not help me with a pair of glasses that I badly needed. I explained that I knew that I was over due for an exam but due to working full time and looking after my 2 year old with special needs full time that the next day I could give up to schedule an appointment were extremely limited due to a lack of a qualified babysitter and the next available day would be over 3 months away. I am not angry or upset over it, just disappointed.

This was my first appointment and eye exam with this clinic and I was very impressed. Previous to appointment I had conversations with front end staff and they were kind and helpful in answering my questions. Atmosphere was comfortable..appointment was on time and Dr. Zorn was very good answering my questions and helping me move forward with prescription I badly needed...i would recommend this clinic to anyone !!!!

I had been a patient before COVID-19, but a few years ago, and it was only due to logistics I had sought eye care elsewhere after that time span. Well, returning to Dr Robertson and the staff at Cranbrook Vision Care, I realize it is well worth the drive. The attention to our eye care, as well as getting us in for an appointment during trying times, has exceeded my expectations. My glasses for both everyday wear, and specialized use for computer work, has made such a difference. Highly recommend!
