Very very bad. ???? I waited for more than 30 mins for my appointment. They took another client at the time they reserved for me. I dont recommand this place at all.

Went to them for an eye exam which the optometrist deemed to be an emergency, and I should see an ophtalmologist. They said they are going to book an hour with one, and call me back. 3(!) days later, I needed to call and be rudely explained that they haven't called because they haven't gotten an appointment for me yet. Three days without even a date! And this was an emergency! Will never go back, and I don't recommend to anyone who has an actual problem.

I have been going to this place since 2004 , never disappointed with quality and service, Pascal O.D. is great person, Francine never disappointed me either. Also I tried different places over the time, and I wasn't happy as much as with them. Great place, I do recommend the place, but remember they very busy and that may effect your experience ????. The Most difficult is to find parking spot, so get some extra time for that.

Came here to confirm the reviews, and yep the legacy is true, i like how bald she is, she wouldn’t sell me the cheaper glasses saying it won’t fit my face! But helped me find a new glasses with fair price.

Terrible terrible receptionist and doctor! Extremely rudee! And refused to give me the prescription; then when I made a complaint to health authorities they finally gave me the prescription but it was the wrong reading!!! Who does that? Goes to show how conniving they are. Extremely bad people. Avoiddd this place like the plague!

I had such great experience at the clinic, Dr. Pascal Lebrun was very thorough with the exam. I used to go to different clinics and this was by far my most thorough exam. Dr. Lebrun answered all my questions, he was kind and very patient. I definitely recommend this place.

Extremely aggressive and disturbing manner from the receptionist, she intentionally unpolitly delay and scare customers, she is loudly talkative over phone and in person. I recommend to deal with her same manners, she shrinks when someone starts shouting at her. Please don't visit this place. In addition I waited for 1 hour after appointment time to see doctor.

I have been going to this vision center from the time they opened. It is the only place I will get glasses for myself and children. I have tried other places but the glasses were always of poor quality and the prescriptions completely off. Well worth the wait. The quality excellent and choices of frames excellent.

Ive been going for decades - and wouldn't go anywhere else. Staff is attentive, esponsive, caring - and I know they'll help me choose a flattering frame. They treat their customers like family. Great to be able to rely on such great opticians.

If you care for your family, keep’em away from this place. The front desk person( Francine if I recall correctly) is horrible and crazy. Better learn manners and courtesy before proceeding with your services. After all this is a vision centre and not a butcher shop, so always good to showcase some humanity, if any at all left.

I had a good experience with the optometrist, friendly and provided the prescription without any problem. However, for both of the reception staff, they could have been much more polite and offered service with a smile!!!

Made me wait for a long time (two hours) for my appointment. One of the secretary is very rude and unprofessional, and seems to have a problem understanding the customer. Does not follow up. Will not return here.

I agree with the other reviews, I wish I had read the recent reviews before putting my head under the train ????. Extremely rude and disgusting receptionist, who yells at you both over the phone and in person. By the time you get consulted by the physician, you would get a heart attack. I felt pity for the others as well. If the receptionists are not happy with their jobs, please get a job elsewhere. Treating patients at an eye care center so ineffectively and harshly, does not serve the purpose. No one wants to go through a trauma just to get a service , which one can get elsewhere easily!

I did not get a copy of my results but maybe it was because I had my glasses on site. (Original) Personnel très serviable et arrangeant. Ils m'ont trouvé un rendez-vous presque du jour au lendemain. Les examens sont complets. J'ai pu faire mettre des verres sur mes anciennes montures. Je n'ai pas eu la copie de mes résultats mais peut-être était-ce parce que je faisais faire mes verres sur place.

Echoing many reviews here, the service is just absolutely awful -- enough to make my 70 year old mom cry. All because the glasses she got were not at the right distance for reading. I went in with her the next time and sure enough, as many have mentioned... Aggressive, disrespectful demeanor, arrogant attitude: all the things you should not be getting when spending hundreds of dollars. On the flip side, the doctor is fantastic and gets great referrals, but that is not enough to offset the absolutely *abhorrent* service here. Never seen anything quite like it. Francine, if you hate the job so much, please just do something else. Clearly you're not enjoying it either.
