When I received a callback after an appointment request, I explained the appointment was for my daughter. He very gruffly told me to call another number with no explanation, and slammed the phone down. Turns out he wanted me to call the UdeM.

Great service this location has been my go to from my first pair till now the manager Sam gets you an appointment asap with the doctor so you can see clearly in no time!

Came here last February 1) Receptionist was ineffective and inefficient, also talked about aliens (like not in a joking way…) 2) Equipement and technique felt out of date in the optometrist office. My spouse got a referral to an ophthalmologist for a worrisome measurement which turned out to be false. We then went to consult a second optometrist and the entire prescription was different!

The optometrist didn’t tell me by himself about my eye pressure, etc,. When they found that I wouldn’t need to buy a new frame, the man who sold glasses, became ignorant. Their price to change the lenses with the same quality was $110 more than other optometrist! I won’t never go there!

The owner is very unprofessional, talking a lot just to take your mind from how poorly skilled he is. They will try to sell you everything you don't need but will not even ask about what would make glasses more comfortable. I made it clear I wanted light glasses, they made them with GLASS LENSES!! horrible, worse than the 3rd world countries!!! They did not even ask about what material you want to have them made from! They just assume you want cheap!!

I came here about a week ago on a Thursday to have an appointment and to get new glasses, the doctor was extremely thorough, kind, and polite. The manager and staff were polite and professional. Always introduces themselves and makes us feel like we can take as much time as possible looking for new glasses, didn't feel rushed which was a great feeling. The manager was very nice and understanding when it came to the price of the frames I chose, the staff found exactly what I wanted. The kind Manager by the name of Sam gave me a great deal and was very respectful and kind. This is a definite 5 star store. I have never seen such respectful and nice staff at any of the Greiche and Scaffs I have been to! More stores should have staff like this store does. I would definitely recommend Greiche and Scaff Cavendish to everyone out there!!
