First time but everyone was nice and I have never had such a fast wait time. It was clean and quiet.

I understand demand and everything at a clinic. But the fact that I wasted my entire day to have to spend 20 for a note for work is unreal. I showed up at 12 and didn't even get in till 4pm for me to Basicly be rushed out the door. Not to mention them not taking debit is inconviente to anyone who has a job. Not everyone carrys cash on them. The wait time was unreal the staff(not the doctor) was slow to an unreal point. And at that incredibly rude. I used to go here with my family doctor and changed because she moved. Now this place is a hole in the wall no one wants to be at. All I've seen is bad reviews on this place and I will never ever step good back in this place.. I would rather die then go here again.

Not a great experience. Waited 3 hours to get in, then sat in an examination room waiting for another 30 minutes. The place was run down (see picture of exam bed) and really nothing special. Besides all that (Ontario health care, what can you say? Not really their fault), Dr. Laferriere uttered approximately 4 complete sentences to me and sent me on my way with a prescription. I can't believe I waited all that time for such an interaction. The state of the clinic itself is one thing, but the bedside manner and helpfulness of the doctor made it 10x worse. Will not be returning to this one and I recommend you go elsewhere as well.

Absolutely the worst clinic I’ve been to and it should be shut down. Unfortunately we’re stuck for the moment until we can find a family doctor. Wife was given 4:30pm appt for our daughter, we left there 7:30pm. I was seen for a certain pain I wanted checked out and to get a referral for a specialist. Over a month later haven’t heard from anyone. Called back and the referral was never done. This pain has now been ongoing on a daily basis for almost 3.5 months. Just prior to this, blood work was needed and I left the office without knowing that I needed to physically take the blood work requisition (of course this is my fault I understand) following day I waited 2 hours at life labs to find out I should have had it. I called the clinic to see if they can send over the req., they said yes but it was never done. These experiences we’ve had are only a few that I’ve mentioned and based on google ratings I’m not alone.

Waited 4 hours to be seen with only 4 people a head of me the whole time and when I got in to be seen by the doctor the lady was very rude and when I was telling her what my symptoms were she mocked me and treated me like I was stupid and continued to tell me it was just a cold that I was over reacting and should go home I went to a different clinic three weeks later having the same symptoms and told me I had a chest infection and needed to be put on antibiotics and I’m the one who had to suffer for her arrogance

I suggest going elsewhere, these people are beyond disrespectful and charge you a ridiculous amount for any sort of paperwork. I will always avoid this place, not worth it.

I lived in Quebec for 20+years and nowhere did I receive such fast and friendly service as in this clinic in Cornwall. All the people complaining should go and try to see a doctor in Quebec...anywhere. They will stop complaining and start praising all clinics in Cornwall. I'm telling all people I know in Quebec to go to Cornwall for medical services if they are tired of waiting 10 or 20 hours.... If there is room...no kidding!!!

Went there today and it was fine at first, they were very kind. They told me it would only take an hour. 2 hours go by and still nothing. I asked how long the wait would be and she said around 45 minutes. 3 hours later I get called in... For a 1 minute conversation. Got there at 1pm and had to 4-5 hours for them to tell me nothing. Not impressed with the fact that they let everyone (even people that got there after) go before me. Wouldn't recommend unless you have patients and WAYY to much time on your hands.

Previous experience with healthcare was in Quebec. The Pitt Street Clinic provides an outstanding level of service and care in a very timely manner. I am always greeted with smiles at reception and the wait time is short considering my previous experiences in Quebec. I recently had an appointment and was called within a few minutes after my check in. The folks are professional and set the bar!

Longest wait time the average person goes to bring kids with common colds to waste peoples time. They pick people they know instead of the next queu in line. Horrible clinic they said an hour wait but yet 6 hours and waiting

I always have a good experience. Yes the wait is long. However so is every other clinic and hospital. The receptionist is very friendly, doing the best in a bad situation we are all facing each day. We just have to learn to be nice and patient. I love dr. Laferroere, Gilles.

October 13, 2020, time 19:20. Front desk person unprofessional and rude, and the clinic itself dirty and with signs of deterioration everywhere. I do not want to go into detail, but I am still shaking inside after the experience I got today in this clinic. It is not the way to be treated as a patient and a person, and I hope the administration of this medical center will take it seriously, especially when so many people looking for a job and will be happy to put at work their knowledge and best effort.

I called over the phone to ask if it was a walk in clinic the nurse did not inform me that it was also a family practitioner. I waited 4 hrs to see the Dr. when only 6 people were ahead of me. This is absolutely ridiculous as it should not take almost an hour to visit with one patient. The staff were slow and didn’t respect the time of those who were waiting. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had at a “walk in clinic”. This is not a walk in clinic and I’d advice those seeking good service to go else where.

Took 3 and a half hours to help 14 patients. Nurses and receptionist are always super nice and helpful. Doctor had an attitude and acted unprofessionally in the sense he didn't listen and told me to come back the following week for a doctor's note stating the reason for the visit.

My experience today was pleasant, receptionist efficient, the doctor very helpful and caring, wait time was 2 hours but I ran some errands and by the time I returned I was taken care within 40 minutes. In / out good place , clean and better than tying up hospital emergency room for certain things.

Wait time was very reasonable and the doctor was very attentive to my concerns. Even though I only saught one test, he made sure to order a full work up to ensure my current health and nothing was overlooked.

Always a good experience. Wait time are normal. I see alot of backlash for this clinic when it seems its not the clinics fault. Recommend. No complaints. Its a clinic Dont expect same relationship you would have with your family doctor.

Miserable person at the reception desk. Horrible demeanor. Brought my kids in who were really sick and was refused because their file was out of date. They are valid Ontario residents born in Canada. Their health card # is on file. Thanks allot!!

I would give them 0 stars if possible. They told me the wait would be an hour and a half and it was 4 hours. They let every single person (even those that came after me) go ahead of me. When I finally saw them she didn't even look in my mouth and recommended me to a specialist. The specialist name is spelt wrong, her address is wrong and there is no phone numbers. Anywhere else would be faster. They also do not turn the heat on so you are freezing the whole time you are waiting.

I've never been treated so poorly and rudely. Dont even care to go into the details, I never review anything but felt I had to come here to give it a 1 star. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Horrible. The woman booked everyone for "appointments" at 10 am. She said I'd be seen at 3:30 and to come back around 3 as the doctor wouldn't even arrive till 2pm. Now as I've seen 8 people walk up to the window they were all told 3:30 regardless of how many people were ahead of them. Currently almost 5pm and still 6 people ahead of me. Tldr: slow service, fake appointments, terrible service from morning staff. Also felt bad for afternoon staff that had to run damage control.

Ok doctors, multiple times now I have shown up and bed told x number of people are ahead of me only to find they take twice as many before seeing me... average wait time is 1.5hrs or more with only 6 people in line

I've never minded the long wait times and at times somewhat rude behavior. However, today my father went in and explained he was there for an ear infection, and English being his second language, he also explained he has phlegm which he's always had as far back as I can remember. It was unrelated and I guess he mentioned it incase it was related. The receptionist sent him back saying she can't take patients who are exhibiting signs of covid, he explained he was just tested last week and it was negative, and his issue is an ear infection, but she wouldn't hear it. So he came back to the car and I called and tried explaining that he has no signs of covid and that he just has an ear infection. She said he pointed to his throat, I said ok well I'm not sure what you took as him pointing to his throat, but he was verbally telling you he has an ear infection, and I'm re explaining that he has an ear infection, he gets it twice a year and he gets drops for it. She just said go to the mcconell clinic. She was rude and I don't think sending a patient away who was exhibiting no signs of covid and who had just been tested days ago, was very unprofessional and morally wrong.

Probably the worst experience ever. Receptionist attitude towards patients is appalling! She cuts people off!never lets you talk. No customer service skills! Never curtioius towards patients. I am from a ethnic background don't want to label people of racism bit I wasn't sure if she has that attitude towards me or everyone.

Horrible. Got there when they opened at 9 am. Only a few people ahead of me and all I needed was a note for work due to a pinched sciatic. Waited till 11:30 to see a doctor only to be told I couldn't get the note I needed because I didn't have the proper forms. I told them why I was there when I registered, they couldn't let me know I needed said forms at that time instead of waiting till the end of walk in hours. Because of this I lost me stat holidays.

Great place with kind caring staff, Charlene is amazing. Their Doctors are often taking on new patients. It’s a walk in clinic but they do book appointments. Even if you don’t have an appointment if you go in and register they’ll tell you how long the wait is you can leave and go back later.
