Eye doctor is nice and I like him, it's the policies that's the problem, I called to see if they could check to see if a prescription they wrote up matches a new lens I had just gotten because I'm having issues with it and they wanted to charge $70 just to check the lens. Charging that much for something would probably take under 1 minute is outrageous, save your money and go somewhere else.

Technically competent but lacking in customer service. At times I’ve been treated with incompetence bordering on rudeness; I sometimes think they see patients as an inconvenient necessity, and I think that I’ll be looking for another eye clinic.

Dr Sally Dickenson was wonderful. My complaints were about the optical section. I didn’t pick out glasses the same day so I had to book an appointment to pick out my frames. I am use to the clinics in Halifax so I found that strange but was willing to overlook it. When they called that my glasses were ready, I had to book another appointment to pick them up even though I was coming in mid day. When I arrived, I was the only client in view. I can understand needing an appointment if it was a high demand.

Good optometrists and the woman who helps you pick out glasses is FABULOUS! She has suggested glasses that I would never have even considered myself, and I absolutely love them.
