The rudest staff at the front desk. I've never encountered such rude individuals for no reason at all. I don't know if the doctors are good but I am not going to bother booking to find out. They made my experience trying to find a doctor for my daughter and I extremely negative.

Service is good. Like any doctor office, the earlier you book your appointment in the morning, the better chance of not having to wait. Later in the day, there is a chance you would wait longer, as appointments run on from patients exceeding their care time. Lots of services available nearby for referrals. Very convenient. Urgent Care facility next door, if you cannot get into this office as a Walk-In patient.

STAY AWAY. Do not even attempt to deal with these people - even as a last resort. In all my years I've never encountered a doctors office as rude and arrogant as these people. Take your children somewhere else where they actually care about children and have their best interest as a priority.

Worst Dr office in Canada.... staff are (receptionists)brain dead... waiting time could be 2 to 3 hours and no apology instead you get the attitude from the Dr saying specialist appointment could take hours .....3rd world countries are better than this places.... avoid.....avoid .....avoid please.. if your doctor sends you to a specialist here avoid and try to find some other place...... 2.6 GOOGLE REVIEW SAYS IT ALL ...

Been a patient since 2015 and bring my 2 children here as well. Always had excellent care. It is a very busy practise and they do take walk-ins for existing patient so yes you will wait. Dr Amin is very competent and caring.

Extremely unprofessional and unhelpful receptionist. I called and asked for the lab and she told me to walk in, since I live far I asked for a phone number to reach them since I couldn't find it on the website. She told me "you wouldn't get through" and hang up the phone on me.

This is without a doubt the worst medical centre. Dr Amin is horrible, receptionist is horrible. Your better off going to a veterinarian.

Absolutely unprofessional receptionist . she sounds like she just woke up . I was spelling my name for her. nothing is coming up with that name . Told her you must have spelled it wrong because I am Dr . Amin patient I am in the system, without hesitant puts me on hold .Comes back how can I help you ? again with her tone like she hate being there . told her you put me on hold , doesn't listen next available time is ... You are not listenING to what I am calling for . Hangs up on me . I am. shocked why some people still have a job !!!

There is this extremely rude Reception at SMC Sherway Medical Clinic, the Caucasian one wearing glasses. EXTREMELY UNREASONABLE AND GIVES YOU ATTITUDE! STAY AWAY!

This clinic runs slow all the time - they overbook. Min wait is 30 min from your appointment time. The African American receptionist is mrs cranky. I have no idea why the owner has her around. She has no customer service skills. Why should she dr think they are God’s gift to humans and they can do what they want

Angela, the receptionist is beyond rude. She shouldn't be at the front desk of a doctor's clinic. For god's sake, have some courtesy and empathy when speaking to your patients. I am shocked at my interaction with her and it's clear from the posts/reviews that she is consistently obnoxious. Seriously get your act straight or get a new job.

Have been patient over 3 years. Need to go often. Very busy clinic. Staff run off their feet. May react to demands. Patience, people. I have always been treated well and with respect.

Took my wife for her ultrasound as she is pregnant and we were going to see the baby's heart beat for the first time. The ultrasound technician wouldn't let me in the room and said to "wait, and if everything is good I'll bring you in". She gave my wife the ultrasound and never invited me in even though everything was fine, and told my wife to get dressed and sent her on her way. Such a special moment taken away from me. I work very hard and pay taxes (which pays for this technician's salary). They seem to forget that over there as if they're doing you the favor.
