I have always been impressed by the scope of Dr. Gargs knowledge and attention to detail. He is professional, explains things in great depth and is conscientious about my eye care. I feel safe entrusting my eyeballs to his care, i also want to give a shout out to Dr. Turna. She is very patient, personable, and thorough. I trust her completely.

Time To Go

Had surgery late January. That night, the preasure in my eye was so bad, it made me sick. Why preasure? No one said anything about this to me. My problem with Dr. Garg is, IF YOU TELL ME 1:15 APPT TIME, AND 3:15 I'M STILL WAITING, THAT IS STRAIGHT UP RUDE !! If something urgent happens, hey, it happens. But, courtesy would be to have someone come out and inform us and reschedule. Obviously you OVERBOOK Because TODAY WAS THE THIRD TIME YOU FAILED TO KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH ME !! Do you have ZERO regard to the fact that YOU'RE NOT the ONLY person with a DEMANDING schedule? HOW DARE YOU MAKE PEOPLE WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT AND WAIT AND THEN HAVE TO LEAVE !!!!! Freakin WASTE MY TIME !! Here's the real cincher, . . Guess what. SINCE YOU REPLACED THE LENS IN MY EYE, THE PUPIL HAS NEVER UNDIALATED !!! THAT'S RIGHT, I HAVE DAVID BOWIE EYES NOW !! But, how would you know that, YOU WON'T KEEP YOUR APPOINTMENTS WITH ME !!!!! I'm thinking HIPPA or some Medical standards board needs to address this WITH YOU

My mother had an appointment at 2:20. She had to wait in a dark room to be seen until 4:30pm. Not a good experience !!
